Kiddo wanted to be Green Arrow for halloween and finding the costume in stores was next to impossible. He normally wears an adult M and this fit him well. Could fit a large as well, but I don't think anything larger than that. Gloves are what I call opera gloves...nothing special. The jacket was great though, perfect for what we needed. I had a hard time finding a good right-color-green hoodie to use for my Arrow Halloween costume so I just broke down and ordered this. It's cheap and not near the quality of a DIY cosplay outfit. I highly recommend you let it hang dry after washing, instead of throwing it in the dryer. The stitching on it was coming undone just wearing it, but nothing someone with a sewing machine couldn't fix. I don't care for the "cross cut" on the shoulders... it doesn't look right for Arrow, more Robin Hood-esque. If you can find a good hoodie in the right color, you can make something better quality. The good part is the colors are pretty close to what you see on TV. I didn't go with the tight leather pants as I am somewhat of a fat @$$, but found a pair of dark green Wal-Mart Dickies carpenter pants that fit the color scheme fine. ... show more

It's a good costume and I spent an extra 14 dollars to get a Green Arrow mask to go with it. My only dislike is it's a tiny bit snug so I should've gone for extra large instead of standard. Otherwise I love it.

Pros: - The only reason this gets two stars instead of one is because it performed its role well enough that people still recognized who I was with my other costume pieces face makeup. - Fits as expected from the description so the sizing is accurate for what it is. Cons: - Poor quality craftsmanship and attention to detail - Loose and long strings everywhere! The shoulder cover was totally uneven and of very poor quality. Also thin and itchy. See the square edges of the fabric on the model's chest? Not even close with the actual costume. Mine were both off center, crooked and one side was about 1 inch higher than the other. - Comically oversize pointy hood - Other reviewers did not overstate this. The hood is massive and pointy! I did not want a "Green Goblin" costume. I wanted an Arrow costume. - The colors in the displayed image are not accurate - The hood and shoulder covers are not even close to the represented image. They are more of a earthen green tone that is a far cry from the actual costume colors. The same can said for the jacket as a whole. It isn't a charcoal grey color. It is a dark mossy green which is not even close to the actual Arrow color scheme. - Not breathable - The costume is not breathable in the slightest. I suppose this could be good for colder weather, but you will be very uncomfortable in anything above 70 degrees. - The gloves are garbage - I didn't even bother opening them. You can see and feel how poor they are through the packaging. You're better off spending $10 on some "tactical" gloves through Amazon which are more true to what Arrow wears in the show. Overall, the costume is of inferior quality for the price, it does not match the image, it is not comfortable and its only redeeming quality is that it vaguely resembles the costume from the show. My son loved it! I got the standard size. He’s about 5’6”, 130lbs. and he still has room to grow in it. It’s made well for a costume. He’s only worn it a couple times so can’t really say how well it will hold up. Mask did not come with it we bought that separate.

It is too big for me, and I try to keep this in mind, but the sleeves are too wide, and I recommend anybody buying or wearing this costume ear a thick sweatshirt or jacket underneath. The sleeves design at the wrist also doesn't stick out as much as the picture, but looks like a cheap iron-on with a color choice too similar to the sleeves to even be noticed. the gloves that came with it are ladies gloves, no way around it. the fingers are dainty and pointed, and the material is thin and not worth using. the hood is weirdly pointy, and not even pointy like a wizard hat. It looks more like somebody was trying to make a stabbing weapon out of the hood. the shoulder cloth pieces I got were crooked. one side droops lower than the other, and the other one is awkwardly farther from the zipper by about an inch. on the outside of the shoulder pieces, over the shoulders, the edge is not straight but bordered with little triangles. it looks like it would be some sort of christmas elf skirt recycled into a crooked, christmas chest piece. I'll have to cut it myself, but I shouldn't have to. Finally, when trying to put it on the other day, the zipper ripped. the zipper ripped partly off of the jacket from the top for about two inches, and now it won't close normal. after looking at the whole thing i realized that there were loose threads hanging everywhere. based on the fragility of it all, and the askewness and lack of refinement even on the smallest level, I recommend only buying this if you are willing to make your own alterations. ... show more

I needed a quick cos play out fit and this had the right colors and style. I had some Guess faux leather pants and ended up with a kick ass cosplay outfit. The stitching and fit could have been a tad better but I was still pleased over all for the price.
