Let's start with the fact that this helmet is very minimal. Padded well enough, but extremely light weight and slim. Certainly don't look or feel like a bobble head bobbin down the road. This thing is very comfy and the strap is tight and snug. The very top of the head has some leeway on the padding, which I'm sure is on account of an incident, but that I'm sure will break in a bit. Being the first helmet I've ever purchased, I'm glad I went with a medium. Normally wear a large but again, this is a minimal concept and definitely fits as it should. Snug but not tight. I purchased this to match the vibe on my e-bike. I have a vintage style cafe racer e-bike. Helmet fits well. It’s super light and comfortable. Doesn’t feel rigid enough to protect from a high speed crash. With that being said, I probably wouldn’t wear this to ride a motorcycle.

I would call this a “novelty helmet” as there’s no way this thing is DOT rated. The upside of this is that you get a very slim helmet that does not make you look like a basketball head. This would be an acceptable helmet for kicking around on a Honda xl125 in the countryside or a ct90 around town, but I absolutely would not trust it to protect me from impacts above 35mph. Quality is predictably low but what did you expect for $50? The bell moto 3 is the helmet this one is obviously counterfeiting, but it’s a real helmet and costs $300. All in all, buy this helmet if you are not a serious rider, or if you don’t care about your head at all. Otherwise buy a real, brand name helmet ... show more
