    • What we needed
It was hard to find a simple cash register. This one fit our need. It was not difficult to program with sales tax…you just have to make sure you install the paper first or nothing works. I haven’t been able to get it to print yet…the paper progresses it is just blank. I’m sure it is my error. The cash drawer is removable but it isn’t as easy as I hoped it would be and it took a few tries to get it back in but it should get easier with time. The cord is short but an extension cord will help that. ... show more

    • Horrible customer service
First i waited a week and half ( I chalked up that it was delivery person fault) I needed for my grand opening, ok finally get it and the draw doesn’t open with the key , you have to use the emergency latch in the back . I called the support system because Amazon on offer a refund not a replacement 😫 then lady was very rude and not helpful at all just told me to continue using the switch. I informed her that made no since if I run a business I need the draw to open with flipping upside down. The instructions are printed so small that you can’t see them this is a horrible purchase for me ... show more

Does what I meed it to do. Instructions go out of its way to get you there, though. Instructions need more simplification for simple people like me. Print quality is excellent. Roll of tape packed with machine needs to be longer.
