I think these are the cutest shoes I’ve ever owned. I never buy anything without reading reviews first, and the reviewer who mentioned that these Roxy’s were great for people with “shankles” was right! They do seem to reduce the ankle, as the picture shows. I love the ribbing along the top of this shoe, and this white on white version, as you can see, is especially adorable. I read all of the reviews before taking a chance and ordering these. I am so glad that I did! The reviews about there being a thick uncomfortable seam on the inside of the (right) shoe were accurate. At first I thought there was no way I was going to keep them. But then I remembered several reviews that said the shoe fit improved and the seam didn’t bother them after breaking them in. I’ve had the shoes a few weeks now and worn them maybe three times. The seam was uncomfortable the first time I put them on but I quickly forgot about it a few minutes later. Repeat experience the second go around. By the third time I wore them I had completely forgotten about the seam. Give these shoes a chance to conform to your foot. What I really like: They have a very nice cushion. The back of the shoe does not cut into my heal or rub it raw. Super cute!! I have cankles so this style of shoe is very flattering to my foot. I was looking for a casual flat that didn’t have a stark white sole with this style of cut. Incredibly comfortable shoe and I’m so glad I didn’t send them back!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The color is not burgundy. It's mauve (or a dark dusty rose). It's a nice color. Just not as advertised. The shoes feel well cushioned for walking around city streets. The soles are discolored though with a yellow matter that didn't rub off - it could be some sort of dye. And they run big. I wear a 7.5 confidently. That's what I ordered. Because the shoes are quite wide, they slip off with a regular sock which is not great since this is the type of shoe I'd want to wear thin, no-show socks not a thick pair. All that said. I'm keeping them because they are cute and comfortable. I hope they hold up. ... show more
