One of the smaller, not so featured gifts I’d gotten for my wife on Christmas day and to my surprise she was more excited about these shoes than anything else I’d gotten her. She says they are very comfortable and stylish and she wears them everywhere now so I’m sure to be back soon. 👍

Hurt my feet, especially left foot toes. Now I must go to the post office to return them. This will take a cut out of my day. The cost for this shoe is stupid. I splurged, which I don’t often do and see where it got me!

Okay, these shoes have a LOT of hype about them. I kind of love them, but then I have also grown to hate them after a few months. - They took forever to break in. And they did need broken in. The back of the shoe where it hits your ankle is really stiff when you first get them. I had a blister and then a sore for like 2 weeks that made me not want to wear them. - Once you break them in, they are the most comfortable pair of ballet flats. I've owned a lot of different types of flats that are like these, and these Rothy's were the most comfortable. - They are really hot. Something about this fabric doesn't breathe, which makes your feet hot and sweaty. - They are washable. Which is great, because your feet are going to stink after they get all hot and sweaty. - It took like 6-8 weeks before my pair was smelly. And I don't typically have smelly feet. And I didn't get them wet and walk around in them or anything. They actually just smelled awful really quickly. - Once you wash them (and you can wash just the insert or the shoe or both), they suddenly become a very high maintenance pair of shoes to keep from smelling. As in, I feel like I have to wash them every other time I wear them. These had a 3 week "perfect pair of shoes" period. But then precipitously became more work than they are worth--which is a shame, because they are REALLY comfortable. ... show more
