Unfamiliar with this brand, rookie humans 230 thread count This is about twice the cost of my last cotton crib sheet, which was GOTS certified 100% organic cotton and OEKO-TEX certified. I chose this, in-large-part, because summer is on its way, and I was intrigued with the idea that it’s 100% sateen cotton, and is an OEKO-TEX textile, but the cost is really high-end – I won’t downgrade for that, because I was aware of price when I selected this. This has all the preconditions I want to spot in a mattress sheet for cribs, as noted above. I bought this brand because it offers crib sheets with high standards. This sheets’ OEKO-TEX certification proves that to me. This is a very smooth, soft 100% “sateen” cotton sheet, made in China. I found this easy to wash, an early stain faded away, and noticed babies (yes, I have multiple) were comfortable, moving their hands and feet back and forth to feel the cool smooth texture. Sateen is better than Percale, although this is on the heavier side, because of its construction, this is a lightweight fabric, crisp + cool, versus flannel, which is warmer and fuzzier, and jersey, which offers stretch. The sheet handled the drier nicely, but I really do not keep this in the dryer at high heat nor for a long time, I hang this to dry, but I have been getting away with not having to iron. I really appreciate the attention to details that were placed in the design and manufacture of this sheet. I do not see babies developing sweaty heads from sleeping on cotton sheets. The fitted skirts stretch nicely, having a (9”) pocket, to stretch well under the mattress. I did not have to struggle with stretching this over the mattress and mattress pad. Keeping in mind the considerations noted, I still give an enthusiastic two (2) thumbs up. I would select these bedsheets again, as they are helpful and healthy products that help is in our efforts to care for our babies. Tags on this are noisy. Weight is (8½) ounces. Very colorful. Colors held after washing. I wish this was GOTS verified 100% organic cotton. I hope our pics and thoughts assisted in any decision.

As others have mentioned, the pattern (The Reef) is colorful and unique compared to the run-of-the-mill big box store sheets with small patterns of trucks or tiny animals in often neutral, muted colors. Nothing wrong with those, but this crib sheet makes a statement. It can be used for photo ops too, and our toddler was excited by all the fish and sea life. I'm a stickler when it comes to how it's sewn. The edge seams are straight, I only found one unclipped thread and the corners are somewhat reinforced. However, I'm a little suspicious of the corner points. When they got to the very tip of the corners they just ran the threads off the edge with no back stitch reinforcement. I think after a couple washings and stretching the corners over the mattress there might be an issue with those corners opening up. I'm using this sheet on a toddler bed, and he's going to be crawling all over it, not like putting down a baby who isn't going to move around very far. So for the price, I'm a little apprehensive about giving five stars. It's a lot of money for a single sheet. I think for that price it should be a two-pack, with a plain sheet. Or a sheet with a toddler pillow, or toddler pillowcase, would be more like it.

Vibrant sheet for our little one’s crib. The colors are as vivid as shown in the pictures so we washed it by itself the first time in case it would bleed. For some babies, this pattern could be overwhelming, but ours doesn’t seem to mind. The sheet quality is really nice.

I ordered this as I wanted another sheet for my child's mattress in their crib. The design of sea life delights her, and she can clearly identify all of the animals on the sheet. It has held up well to weeks of use, as well as multiple washes in the washing machine. Overall, a very nice crib mattress sheet, even though it was a little on the expensive side.

With a newborn on the way, we need to stock up on all baby things. This crib sheet set it really cute and looks exactly like it does in the picture. Though, I do think it is far too expensive for what it is. But aside from the price, the sheet itself it really cute and soft. I also like that it is breathable so that even if our baby is face down, he won't have any issues breathing without issue.

Not only does it make the perfect crib bedding for my nursery, but it also makes for a great photo backdrop for taking pictures of my baby. The cotton sateen material is also very soft and comfortable, which makes for a cozy sleep environment for the baby.
