I picked up the Rominz white PU leather tennis shoes mainly for a simple, clean everyday look, and they do exactly that. The design is classic and versatile—you can wear them with pretty much anything, whether it’s jeans, shorts, or even something a little more dressed up. The PU leather upper is a nice touch because it’s easy to wipe clean, which is huge for white shoes. They also feel lightweight and comfortable for casual wear, especially for running errands or just being on your feet for a few hours. The rubber sole gives decent grip as well. That said, they’re definitely more of a fashion sneaker than a performance shoe. The cushioning is okay but not super supportive for all-day heavy walking. Also, the material looks good, but you can tell it’s synthetic rather than real leather if you’re looking closely. I picked up these white sneakers for my husband, who consistently wears a size 11 in just about every brand. Right away, we noticed they run a bit large. This extra room in the toe area makes them look slightly longer on the foot and leaves space that can lead to creasing. In terms of appearance, these shoes definitely deliver. They have a clean, modern look that pairs well with just about anything. The bright white finish gives them a sharp, polished style. One of the biggest advantages is how easy they are to maintain; a quick wipe keeps them looking fresh, which is a huge plus for white sneakers. That said, comfort and support are not their strongest qualities. These are made from PU leather, which essentially means it’s a synthetic, plastic-like material. Because of that, the shoes aren’t very breathable. There’s also minimal cushioning and not much arch or structural support, so they’re not the best choice for long periods of walking or all-day wear. This is something to keep in mind if you have foot issues. However, there is room inside for inserts if needed. There are a few construction details worth noting as well. The tongue isn’t stitched as you can see in the picture. This causes it to shift as well as creates a noticeable bump against the top of the foot which feels uncomfortable when wearing. It does add to the overall sense that these shoes are more focused on style than function. On the plus side, the outsole is well done, with a durable feel and a textured pattern that provides solid traction. Overall, these sneakers seem more budget-oriented in terms of comfort and build, yet they do have a trendy sleek design with easy upkeep. If you’re mainly after a good-looking, low-maintenance white sneaker for casual wear, these fit the bill; just be mindful of the sizing and the limited foot support. ... show more
