I'm a little "meh" about the style, but they aren't terrible. These are well made, decent quality leather uppers. They have decent soles and comfortable insides. I have a pair in black and one in tan. I only get these when they are heavily discounted. I think I got them between $40-$50 (closer to $40 I believe). I wouldn't pay $100 for them. To me, quality wise, they are as good as anything Cole Haan is putting out (which isn't saying much any more). Cole Haan does have some styles I like better. After checking out the lower priced loafers/mocs at my local department store - I was not satisfied with any of the options - they were all made of plastic! When I saw these, I immediately ordered a pair - not only are they a genuine leather upper, but Amazon even applied a coupon that lowered the price further. The leather on these are buttery and supple, allowing you to wear them with or without socks. The footbed has a decent foam liner that provides comfort for light walking, and I look forward to the leather gently molding to my feet over time. Nice leather loafer for the price. They’re no hand sewn Nappa / Italian leather loafers you’d find in Monaco; but they are very comfortable, and compliment most casual and semi formal outfits. Size seems true. I usually wear an 11 shoe or boot, but ordered mine in a 10 or 10.5 (can’t remember) because they’re almost always worn barefoot. They might be slightly narrow. Nice looking shoes but they arrived with a dark stain on the front of the right shoe. Amazon charges $ to pick up for return so guess I’ll just keep them. Box the shoes came in was also pretty messed up as well. But they’re comfy as heck.

I was looking for classic, slip on loafers. Rockport is a reliabel name for a reason. These are awesome! I wear a 9 and they were a perfect fit. Soft leather. I didn't need to break them in. You could walk in these for hours. Lighter colored leather needs more TLC because of the nature of how it wears and looses its color but oh well. And for the price, you can't go wrong. ... show more
