I wanted to wait until I had a chance to use this SUP before reviewing. I've taken this beauty out twice now. It's maiden voyage was on a very slow current river. It was so much fun. I didn't stand the first time as I was alone and it was early in the season and wasn't ready to fall in the cold water. The 2nd time was out on a lake just a couple weeks ago when camping and I absolutely love this board. It is so much fun, I stood up immediately and really felt stable even when winds and some wake came our way. I did some research before buying my board, and tried to get something for my small size 5'1. This was a tad bigger than I hoped but it was right in my price range for beginner. Have to say this is a great first board if you're just starting out! We had two boards in our group for camping at the lake, family tried the other first couldn't get comfortable with balance and standing. My MIL and hubby both fell off that one. Decided to give mine a shot the next day and everyone that tried could stand up on my board. Even my kids age 14 & 12 stood and paddled (with me in arms length of course) tried out the kayak seat with my 12 yo sitting in front of me and that worked really well as well. We all had a great time. Next time I'm going to take my dog out with me!! I love everything about this board. I thought pumping was going to be a challenge, blits a bit of a small workout, each time it gets easier and it actually pretty quick to inflate and deflate. Putting everything in the bag can be a challenge but it all fits if you like Tetris. ... show more

I’m not super experienced with paddle boarding, so my review is for the beginners! I think it’d be great for anyone looking for a low key easy ride and someone on a budget. I’ve looked all over for a more affordable board that isn’t terrible quality, and landed on this one based on reviews within my price range. Overall, great quality! The reviews were right. I inflated it the night I got it, and it’s really thick and sturdy. Super light weight when inflated, too. So thats great for walking far with it. It’s also easy to deflate and get packed back up. The paddle seems great, was actually one of the selling points for me. However- the handle could be tougher plastic, seems kinda cheapy compared to the rest of the paddle. And tightening the paddle to the correct height for me was a little wonky. Might need an additional tool to get it tightened. Unfortunately, read that the paddle won’t float long if you happen to drop it, too… so that kinda sucks. But it won’t sink immediately. And I feel like it’ll stay afloat long enough to retrieve. Everything fits in the bag, including my pump and fin and extra attachment for a kayak paddle. So that’s awesome! However- it’s a tight squeeze, and the bag doesn’t seem like it’ll last forever. So it’s a risk to pack it tightly because it seems like it could tear once it’s weakened. It’s very comfy for carrying far, though. Thick straps and back support. So, huge bonus points for that. Overall, it’s a great board that doesn’t break the bank! I’d say it’s worth it if you aren’t looking for a lifetime purchase and plan to not be out everyday on it or something. My first paddleboard was a one fin $140 affair. I decided after trying that out that I needed one with 3 fins for stability. I very luckily came across this ROC paddle board, and I have been singing NOTHING but praise for it. The first thing that impressed me was the amount of detail and instruction that they sent. They gave detailed instructions on the laws and regulations for watercraft as well as inflation and all items included. The items included were a patch kit, tightening valve, ankle tether, water proof bag, my large bottom fin (the two small ones stay on and are flexible), a paddle that can go both ways(single or double), a very WONDERFUL (the other one for the cheap board was trash) hand pump, the paddleboard, and an amazingly spacious carrying bag with lots of padding. I felt like a kid at Christmas with all the goodies I got 🤤. Next was actually trying it out. I am happy to report that the air valve trick they talked about in their detailed instructions was an amazing help to keep pressure after pumping, and I have since used it to help my paddleboarding friends too. The pump worked like charm, and we had it pumped to the minimum (we live in the south) in no time. I am happy to report that I can stand by myself AND with a passenger on this board. I could not even maintain balance on my other board. With this ROC board, one time I did lose my balance and fell back on my board with NO issues. In conclusion, this board has been a dream. My ONLY complaint is that they don't have more fun colors. I am a sacked for cute things, don't judge. Please keep up the excellent work! Your product is a gem. ... show more
