Gave it four stars due to incorrect product detail. I knew the 12” metal sign would be a perfect size. However, the sign I received has only a 9.5 inch circumference. Even measuring the width of the banner with my name it is still only 11.5. Yes, it does make a difference for the wall I’m decorating. I ordered the teal which is came darker than I’d planned. The sun is shining on the left so it is lighter in the pic. On the plus side, requested name was spelled correctly and the craftsmanship is beautiful. It seems to be painted with a high gloss enamel which should stand up to Florida sun. Would’ve been a solid five star rating if the size were correct. Good product otherwise! REPLY FROM SELLER: Good morning! The banner is where we get the 12" measurement from by rounding 11.5" up to the nearest inch.

Love our custom sign, but the metal is rather thin and flexible. A very small corner was bent probably in shipping, but my husband simply straightened it out with a pair of padded pliers.
