These are very comfortable shoes. There is padding around the lining of the shoes, especially around the collar, the tongue, and the inner sole. They also have good arch support. They have a solid outer sole with good treads for traction, so these should last a long time. With the support and padding, these fit our feet like a glove, and sizing seems accurate. The flex grooves on the soles seem to be a selling point for these shoes, but we did not think these made a difference. There are three transverse grooves under the ball of the foot, and one longitudinal groove running from the toe to the heel near the outside edge of the shoe. Why did you pick this product vs others?: These shoes are extremely comfortable. I have wide feet so she was normally hurt my toes. These do not. They have very good support. The colors on them are awesome great design very nice shoes for the price. Get compliments on them all the time.

I do think these are good volleyball shoes, but the only issue I have is they seem so big and clunky. Maybe it's because my daughter is 10 and wearing women's sizes. They fit her lengthwise, but kind of look like clown shoes because of the width. Again, that may be our unique situation, but they are wider and taller than her current pair that's a different brand. These are great for the court, though. They are super grippy. They have that great squeaky sound because they're sticking to the floor. In terms of volleyball shoes on the market, these are a good deal. We need a little more playing time to see if the width impairs movement at all, but they're working well so far. I will note they run small. My daughter is usually a 7-8 in women's. I thought I was ordering up with an 8.5 but they fit her now. ... show more

    • good support but too short for women's size 10, narrow. I can't say this is a sport shoe given that.

This is a quality shoe but for the advertised use, the toe bed is too short for a standard size 10 women's foot. Feels like good support but no way can I imagine and active sport in these. There's just not enough room for activity that requires back and forth in a sport. My feet are within the standard length measurements (not wide, not narrow). They are also slightly narrow so the sizing is off. I guess you can try and size up, or move on. ... show more

I ordered these RIP-IT SwiftStep Kaylei Volleyball Shoes in black/pink/yellow. They have good tread for jumping and turning and sturdy ankle support. They are very comfortable. I typically wear an 8 in most brands, and in some brands an 8.5. I ordered the 8.5 and it fit perfectly, the 8 would have been too snug. I like that the RIP-IT company specializes in women’s athletic gear. Designed for volleyball, they’re great for everyday wear as well and they look awesome! Recommended! ... show more
