Fit finish is perfect. Great quality. Did a test when I had weekend off, battery one lasted 10 hours, as did battery two. I got notifications that system had switched over to backup batteries packs and which battery was in use and how much charge was left as the batteries were in use durning the testing. Tells you when each battery is depleted and switching over to the next in the stack. The app has a setting to let you know which battery is which and how much power it has. All other ring devices worked as normal as well as all other Wi-Fi enable devices. That’s everything from a Trane thermostat to three HD tvs streaming with no lag time or buffering to phone and tablets. Well worth the money.

Well, it got to charge before its first use. Power went out and then the internet went down very close to each other and the Ring system went to the backup internet while running on the power pack. Not planned but certainly comforting that everything worked as it was intended.

These battery packs are not necessary to use the Ring Alarm System but they are a great addition and provide piece of mind during power outages. These battery packs are very easy to use and install from the Ring app. I purchased four of these for my system and can not recommend them enough. If you have or are planning on using the Ring Alarm System, you need these.

I bought this thinking it was new but when I received it, the product had been opened. I sent it back & never received a refund!
