My Ring2 doorbell died and received a Ring3 replacement that only comes in silver. Ring customer community support told me I had to order/pay for a faceplate and would not provide me with one that would more closely match the color of my Ring2. You can see the photo to try to see the differences between the two black options. The galaxy black is slightly darker and doesn't have the lighter color matte finish.

Easy instructions, Fast delivery and looks sharp! I don’t have a wired doorbell and wasn’t able to get the fancy Ring doorbell that’s available for hard-wired ones. Too much cost on the electrical end so, once I upgraded and got the quick battery release, I am closer to what I really wanted! Tons of options and colors at a great price!
