I did not read any directions before getting them out of the box. Turned out I was using them correctly lol. The results were the most consistently square drawers I have ever made. Assembly was much quicker also. If I can ever find a reason to have a second set, I will buy them again!

The media could not be loaded. Just got it yesterday and unboxed it to make sure they were true right angles. Checked with both my speed square and a digital angle finder. There were no gaps with the square and an angle of 89.8 on the digital finder is a close as it’s gonna get. Could easily be an imperfection of my initial defaulting of the 0 degree that caused the .2 degree difference. Overall the product looks good and I have all the necessary parts. There is a bit of space between the L-shaped bolts and the holes in the clamp. I don’t expect that to be major issue however. I haven’t used them yet, so I can’t yet comment on any problems there. I will update if there’s anything significant, otherwise assume it all works great. Another customer noted that the L-bolt is longer than the clamp face, which makes it not great for thin frames on flat surfaces. It occurs to me that there is an easy solution to that, which is to lay the frame diagonal on a table so the corner of the frame hangs off the edge slightly. The extra L-bolt length will just poke down into the air and the rest of the frame remains flat. This extra L-bolt length has some big plusses, which is why Woodpecker uses it in their design. Primarily, it allows you to set the clamp lower down the wood than simply at the immediate edge of the piece. There may be projects when this is important. In any case, it’s all looking pretty good so far—especially for the price. Like I said, I’ll update the review, including with additional photos, if there prove to be any problems. Otherwise, you can assume it’s all good. It’s a much cheaper but less refined version of the Woodpecker original clamps. Do we need all the refinement of those clamps to get precise right angle corners for a woodworking piece? I suspect not.

First off this was made for woodworking, not high calibrated metal machining. So for all the bad reviews that complained about the 90 degree accuracy of the L-brackets, stop complaining if you are using it for woodworking. If you are using these for metal machining work, why did you buy these in the first place!!! Anyone that knows anything about metal machining, knows that precision tooling is not that cheap and not anodized or painted. So please stop complaining on how square these are as they are within standards for what they were designed for!!! With that said, I have purchased other brands on Amazon and these by fare are the best I have purchased so far. They work exactly as attended per the description on Amazon. I didn't buy these for the accuracy of the ruler on each side, so don't expect that to be a calibrated accurate ruler as it should only be used as a rough reference only. Again this is for woodworking, not for accuracy metal machining. The theaded L-bolt mounting system is the best when compared to other brands sold on Amazon. I don't have any complaints as this works as attended. If you want precision accurate tooling, stop being so cheap and buy something else!!!!

Ordered a different brand first and returned them because the tolerances didn't allow for a square and accurate clamp.. Specifically in the hole in the movable portion of the clamp. These are perfect. Tolerances are accurate and the clamp is secure and square. Doesn't twist the materiel. Even accurately clamped thin 1/4" materiel used in floating picture frames. Great value. Very Satisfied.

First rate product, heavy duty metal and very accurate. I'm just doing framing and found these to be very solid. However, I think I should have purchased the smaller, 5" clamps, not the 7", because they get in the way. The extra length can obstruct the inside corner, making the 2nd clamp butt into it. Well worth the money and very solid.
