Best gaming head I’ve ever had and I had several! I always but a pair better than the last because something would wear out or break and this improved on everything! They play great sound good not to, mention there’s two different ways to set them up! The first is stand alone plugged in to the wall for power connected to your choosing console through a usb plugin that can be plugged in to either your Xbox or PlayStation console so finally one gaming headset that hooks to both! The other way to set this up is to plug directly in to your console for power.

I love Rig gaming headphones. This is my second one. I first had the 800LX's and both those and these are by far the most comfortable I have ever worn. Sure you can't adjust them as much as other brands, however the plastic helps save weight. I have worn SteelSeries and after a day returned them cause they were too heavy. Plus you get Dolby Atmos with these. Love the dock and USB holder. Charging connector on the base could be better. Gotta really make sure the headphones line up with the charging "ports". But overall the whole package is high quality. Functionally the buttons work but I wish it was easier to tell which was power. I loved the switch style on button of the 800's better. But overall, as long as Rig's are made they will be my headphones of choice.

Amazing headset. I jumped on this deal when it dropped from 249.99. Everything about it is great. FYI, These are not German Shepard puppy proof!! Had to order a second pair. I was a Turtle Beach fan for 20+ years and these stole the show.

0 stars!!! The instructions are very vague. Doesn't tell you which mode to have the dongle for different consoles. Has no instructions for the dongle. Had trouble getting them to connect to my PS5. Once I figured out how to get them to work the sound quality is good but VERY quiet. After a few days of using them, they just started to power on/off all by themselves. Absolutely JUNK!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I absolutely loved my 800 series. I got five solid years out of them before the microphone aux port started having issues. ( headset still works and sounds perfectly BTW: RIG 800 Dolby ) so I decided to upgrade to the nines great audio quality. Deeper and richer bass notes. The one piece mic boom. Great mic quality with no distortion ( honestly kind of miss the distortion bit was kind of fun jacking around with friends and loud noises ) but I can’t fall apart for that so far so good as long as I get the same amount of time out of it I would highly recommend these headphones. I have to find mine on sale so I had a fantastic deal!!!

It is a good headset but the only big issue was the connection issue. In the instructions it wants you to plug the dongle in the stand then plug the stand into the computer. But when I use my headset it would randomly lose connection. It was a very frequent issue that would happen in the worst times when I played games. I was so close to returning this headset. But I decided to take the dongle out of the stand and plug it into my computer directly. Ever since I plugged it in my computer directly it hasn’t caused any issues. I think the base loses connection to the computer randomly and causing the adapter to stop functioning because of it. I see connection issues being common with this headset. I think it’s because of the base losing connection. Highly recommend plugging the dongle into the pc directly. But overall it is a nice headset. It is extremely comfortable and lightweight while not feeling cheap. It has an interesting adjustment design but I think it is good. All you do is put it on and it adjusts to the exact spot needed. Not like a traditional headset where two cups are on a track that you adjust. The band is adjusted not the cups so it adjusts to the exact spot needed. Controls took me a minute to get used to but overall it is good. The audio is a bit bassy but for gaming it is fine. Just not an even sound stage. But that is just how gaming headsets are. Overall I recommend but I wouldn’t recommend following the instructions on where to plug the dongle in.

Been a diehard RIG owner for many years now. Finally upgraded from the 800 to the 900. Way difference in quality. Headset is beefy compared to the 800. Not in a bad way. Feels way more sturdy. Clean and crisp audio. Having some issues with the Bluetooth setting. But my hardware still accepted it via XBOX app on Auto. RIG for the win!! Thanks for the awesome quality headset!!

Intermittently disconnects from PS5 while playing games. Some days several times and other days not at all. Sound quality and mic are great when it stays connected.
