I love them. Had them for about 3 weeks used them 2-3 hours per day longer on weekends and the charge lasts a long time. This is my first wireless gaming headset, I have had lots of wired headsets in the past from Rig, Turtle Beach, and Astro. For comfort Rig can’t be beat. They are light on the head and have enough adjustability to make them comfortable for most sized heads. The range is great I have had them on and walked out to the backyard while still talking with teammates. The sound is great on par with any mid to high end headset it does have great spatial awareness sound. I was wary of going to wireless as I have seen reviews and complaints of people talking about connectivity issues, so far I have only used it on my Xbox and have had no issues at all. I’m hoping to try it on my PS5 soon. I bought them on sale for a great price shortly after Christmas and definitely worth it. ... show more

My husband and I only use rigs. His last headset (the 800s) lasted 8 years with regular use. Even now they still work. The black ear foam cover started peeling off so he got new ones. Very comfortable, great sound quality, love the charge pad, and great noise cancelation

Would not purchase again! Had a RIG800 prior that lasted years and I loved it... The mic started to get static when using, so bought this new one figuring it had to be a good product since the last revision was so nice.. big mistake!! Especially with the big price tag for this! This new RIG 900 has about half the range that the RIG800 did for distance, and routinely/randomly disconnects several times a day while in use, saying "searching USB". Sometimes I have to power cycle to get it to reconnect.... Sometimes it reconnects on it's own, and even then some of the times it still doesn't actually show up in the Windows device list. I've tried it with different computers, as well as moving the USB connector straight to USB ports on the computers (instead of sitting in the dock) with same results. This makes it very unreliable for the many conference calls I am on through the workday... The only feature I like is the dock for charging making it simple. Would give 0 stars if I could.... If I hadn't waited so long to put it to use after buying it, I would've returned it! ... show more

This headset, while it may be pricey, it is definitely worth every penny. Infinitely better than my old headset, the mic quality is TOP NOTCH. The app is a lil confusing to use at first, it is still good. I will note, for the app to work the headset needs to be connected to ONLY BLUETOOTH, which is literally my only gripe about the headset, other than that I highly recommend especially if you play games where sound cue’s are vital. ... show more

To use it on ps5 you have to set the dangle to pc mode, setting that fact aside i am very satisfied with the sound quality, I tried using the while playing battlefield 6 and I could hear everything while the sound and mic quality is great you need to download the app so you can use a proper equalizer which is free, the app itself is amazing, to pair it with your phone while also connected to the ps5 you need to hold the button underneath the Bluetooth button for 6 seconds, the only issue is that unless you download and use the app to set your settings the bass will be almost nonexistent so you'll want the app to adjust your preferences As for how tight the headset is its a bit tight at first but if you stretch the band a bit its an easy fix, just don't stretch too far, its band is metal so if you stretch too hard it won't hold onto your head All this being said i am VERY satisfied with the rig 900 max HX universal dual wireless headset, ZERO regrets whatsoever, also I bought mine using the "used works like new" tab, cost me 135 instead of over 200 just make sure its Amazon themselves doing it so you don't get worked over by a third party discount, im not sure if its called Amazon resale but it was definitely Amazon doing the resale at a discount which is more reliable for quality ... show more

Easy setup, fit my gigantic size 8+ head, even tho there’s no “active noise canceling” it still does a good job of canceling out background noise (just ask my wife). When I game it does the thing where if something on the left in the game is making noise then it sounds like it’s happening on the left with the headset—pretty nifty. Overall, I’m very happy and I got lots of different headsets like Bose (for work) and I have the Xbox headset but I don’t like those as much, I have some HyperX and those are pretty good but I like these the best. Oh and I got some expensive turtle beach headphones but they’re annoying because if I’m laying back on the couch when I’m gaming the volume knob will crank to max because of where it’s positioned and I don’t have that problem with these RIG headphones.
