I love them. Had them for about 3 weeks used them 2-3 hours per day longer on weekends and the charge lasts a long time. This is my first wireless gaming headset, I have had lots of wired headsets in the past from Rig, Turtle Beach, and Astro. For comfort Rig can’t be beat. They are light on the head and have enough adjustability to make them comfortable for most sized heads. The range is great I have had them on and walked out to the backyard while still talking with teammates. The sound is great on par with any mid to high end headset it does have great spatial awareness sound. I was wary of going to wireless as I have seen reviews and complaints of people talking about connectivity issues, so far I have only used it on my Xbox and have had no issues at all. I’m hoping to try it on my PS5 soon. I bought them on sale for a great price shortly after Christmas and definitely worth it. ... show more

Easy setup, fit my gigantic size 8+ head, even tho there’s no “active noise canceling” it still does a good job of canceling out background noise (just ask my wife). When I game it does the thing where if something on the left in the game is making noise then it sounds like it’s happening on the left with the headset—pretty nifty. Overall, I’m very happy and I got lots of different headsets like Bose (for work) and I have the Xbox headset but I don’t like those as much, I have some HyperX and those are pretty good but I like these the best. Oh and I got some expensive turtle beach headphones but they’re annoying because if I’m laying back on the couch when I’m gaming the volume knob will crank to max because of where it’s positioned and I don’t have that problem with these RIG headphones. It's terrible. Like build quality is decent. I use the base plugged into my computer and the USB dongle plugged into the base. Utilizing the mic and the headphones it starts to reduce sound quality within a half hour and then it doesn't get better after that. I can't use it without it reducing sounds quality so severely that I can barely understand what people are saying. What possible use does this wireless headset have if i can't use the both the mic and the headphones? I have not figured out a way online to make it not do this and it's really just the most frustrating experience that I've had ever with any headset. This is my first wireless headset and I can't even explain how terribly disappointed I am that this expensive of A headset works this terribly to the point it is unusable for it's purpose. I don't havea better recommendation except to buy a wired headset because this is just awful. ... show more

My husband and I only use rigs. His last headset (the 800s) lasted 8 years with regular use. Even now they still work. The black ear foam cover started peeling off so he got new ones. Very comfortable, great sound quality, love the charge pad, and great noise cancelation

I came to these as an upgrade from the RIG 800 that I have had for 2 years. I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my 8 year old. We game in the same area and when initially unboxed, they seemed to interfere with each other. I was staring at it and contemplating a return when I had an epiphany - download the app like I was told in the instructions. I didn't do that originally because I was like "pffffttt I've owned headphones, I don't need an app or instructions". And that was a lie. I needed the update. The app is laid out well and it was easy to update the firmware. After doing that, no issues. So far battery life is excellent, they are incredibly comfortable for long periods of wear and the connection that it makes now is solid. Have been using this headset for 8 months now. I can recommend this to any casual gamer looking for a good headset, but it isn't all sunshine and rainbows. Pros: The lightest and most comfortable headset out there. (This however varies by person due to head shape) Super simple and easy app. Designed for idiots like me Good all round balanced audio. I can hear footsteps clearly while still having cool explosions. Made even cooler with simple EQ adjustments Strong build quality. I am confident I can drop this from 30 feet and it would still work. Cons: Pointless charging station. My biggest ripe with the headset. You can only connect to one device at a time so it is just a waste of desk space. Would probably bring the cost down if it wasn't included No simultaneous Bluetooth. I know it is a big deal for some but not for me Bad mic quality. Like most gaming headsets, they still have mics from 2010. Overall for me, it gets my 2 big selling points. Audio quality and comfort. And I would really like to emphasize comfort. I went to bed with these on and didn't realize until I woke up in the morning. If they took away the base station or improved it and had a better mic, it would be a 5 stars for me ... show more
