A Natural Looking Hideaway for Small Pets.
I really like the realistic appearance of this reptile hide. The bark texture and log design make it look much more natural than a lot of the artificial decorations I have seen, and it blends nicely into the habitat instead of looking like a plastic accessory. The size is compact enough that it does not take up too much space, while still providing a dark and enclosed area for a small animal to retreat into. The resin construction feels solid and substantial, and I like that it sits firmly on the bottom of the enclosure rather than being easy to knock over. The interior is dark and cozy, which makes it a good spot for hiding, resting, or simply getting away from the activity outside. I also appreciate that it can be used in different types of habitats, including terrariums and aquariums. Overall, this is a nicely made hide that adds both function and a natural appearance to a small pet enclosure. It is easy to clean, looks convincing once placed with other habitat decorations, and provides a secure little retreat for smaller reptiles and other animals.

Cute garden frog hideout. Durable.
This is very cute. The size is good, not super large, but a smaller animal will definitely appreciate it. I got it to put outside in my garden as a cute little frog hideout, and it works perfectly for that purpose. It's flat on top, so you can put a tiny dish of water on top for critters to drink from, which is nice. It gives it a dual purpose beyond just being a hiding spot. Or you can put a little garden ornament on top (like a tiny statue). The material is durable and fairly strong, which matters if you're leaving it outside (or in an animal enclosure). It's not flimsy or cheap feeling. The colors are great too. It's painted well and looks very natural, like something you'd find outside rather than a plastic toy. That makes it blend in nicely with garden surroundings. It should last a long time even outside. The price is great, which makes it worth picking up if you're looking for something like this.

Crested Geckos too!
This is listed for a Bearded Dragon, but it works very well in a tank with 4 crested geckos as well. It looks perfect in the mock planted tank and the lizards take turns sitting on top of it. They fit on it as if the size was designed for the smaller lizards. My granddaughter is very happy with this item.

Great quality and looks pretty realistic
Impressed with this log, it looks pretty realistic. Great size for my crested gecko too. I'm building this into the background of my gecko's enclosure, so it won't be sitting on the floor and my crestie will hopefully make it home for themself. The inside of the log is pretty smooth, so it'll be easy to clean. The outside has more nooks and crannies, but I've found it pretty easy to clean with a toothbrush. Definitely worth the 14 bucks for the the realist finish and great quality of it. I've spent more on hides that don't even look half as realistic or nice in quality as this one. I hope more designs come out from this company, like branches!

Good quality small tree stump reptile hide
This is a nice, good quality tree stump reptile hide. It was packaged really well, to ensure it didn't break during transit. It is pretty realistic looking, and makes a nice basking spot for my lizards. Hides like these are great directly underneath basking lights, because the lizards can soak up the heat on top of the hide, and then when they get too warm, crawl inside the hole to stay cool. Only con is, I wish it was a little bigger because the small size of this reptile hide limits it to smaller species of lizards, like anoles and small geckos, or maybe for small amphibian species. The entry hole to the hide isn't very big either, so larger lizards or amphibians will probably have a difficult time fitting inside. Overall, I like it and it's a nice quality basking platform and hide.
