The lace is stretchy and fit great. Easy to move in and comfortable to wear. The quality seemed good. The skirt fabric was thicker than I was hoping for but it was good. The dress will look good on some people but I need a full skirt. I feel like the two pleats on each side of center puckered and just the placement made me look broad. I thought about sizing up but the top fit well and I simply wasn’t a fan of the skirt style. For me it wasn’t flattering. Loved the high rounded back. Many dresses I find have a deep/low back showing off most of what’s above the bra line. Nice dress if you look good in this type of skirt.

This was a beautiful fit, and color for a formal occasion out of town. I love it's wrinkle resistant for our travel and stretchy, comfortable and great value for money. I got lots of compliments as though I spent lots of money.

Need a formal dress for a black tie wedding. I'm not the black tie attire type, not much of a shopper, and time was getting short. Thought I'd take a shot with this dress and I hit the bullseye!! I'm 57 years, 5'6", 180 lbs, proportional, but a bit thick in the middle. Got the XL. This dress fits me perfectly and looks amazing. V neck is flattering, not revealing (C+ cup), wear your favorite everyday bra. The lacy top is really nice, has lots of give, the bottom material is a single layer but flows nicly and has some heft for warmth. As for length, I will need to wear at least 2" heels, 3" would probably look better. For my shorter friends, just pay to get it hemmed if needed, for my taller friends, it will look great with whatever shoes you prefer. This dress has lots of give, and is comfortable!! The zipper is fine, just be a bit patient.

This is a nice, simple black dress to wear to a more formal event. Only gets four stars because the zipper is very "sensitive" and if you aren't very careful with it, the fabric of the skirt or the lace of the bodice gets stuck in the very narrow zipper. You need to make sure the zipper pull is out and that whomever is helping you zip up the dress does so slowly and cautiously. I'm worried that my husband's giant man hands are going to inadvertently break the zipper before I have a chance to wear it to the black tie optional wedding we are attending.

Best dress I have ever owned. Had to travel on a plane with the dress crushed in my luggage. When I arrived at my destination and took it out to hang it up, it was in perfect shape. Didn't have to steam it or do anything else. I got compliment after compliment on it.

I'm a high school orchestra director and got this gown for competitive events. It's wonderfully easy to wear and the lace sleeves are like vents for when I'm exhausted and sweaty LOL. Tuxedos don't do that! Sizing chart was perfect.
