I bought a skims dress in black and wanted to give this a try, seeing that their material makeup is 99% the same. I could say 100% yes this is the best skims dupe dress I have bought on amazon. I've bought other ones and I would say this brand is the most comfortable and most like the actual skims for a fraction of the price. The only difference i see is the neckline, this one is more rounded compared skims square. I love it and will be purchasing more and returning my other ones. I'm 5'4.5-5'5 and usually wear a medium in clothes, I bought a small and it fits perfect, fits better in the waistline and snatches you more, so i would size one size down than your usual size. I wore my 3 inch platform shoes to the pumpkin patch and the dress length was perfect, so it is a little long if you don't wear heels if you're shorter than 5'7. ... show more

Y’all I legit did a 3 min video review because of how much I love this dress but Amazon told me the file was too big to upload, RIP. Highlights here: - crazy comfortable - very flattering - plenty of chest support (for smaller breasts at least) - adjustable straps - dreamy soft, stretchy fabric - very long (I’m 5’10 and this came all the way down to my feet!) - adjustable fabric- you can kind of bunch it up to cover areas you’re self conscious about - gorgeous color (went with chocolate brown) - very decent price - overall stunning and can be dressed up or down imo Info 5’10, 140lbs, 34B (side set/teardrop chest). Opted for a small, fits perfectly. Very stretchy material so as long as you review the size chart and ballpark it close to you, it should work. I went with brown despite having nothing brown in my closet; I have too many black dresses. The brown is beeeeautiful. I’m sort of casual and tomboyish in my attire a lot of the time but in this dress (even with unruly hair and a greasy face and house shoes on), I feel like a literal goddess. Was on the fence on this one for an hour last night and finally bought it. You should buy this dress <3 For reference I am 5’3 with super petite bone structure, weigh 90lbs, and have a really hard time finding flattering feminine clothes that are small enough for me on Amazon, I usually have to go to the kids section if I need anything. I bought an XS in black, red, and green and they all fit perfectly. Hugs your figure and shows off your curves, I love it. My only notes are, and I expected this with it being half the price of the original Skims dress, that the quality is not the same. The material is thinner and not quite as shape-wear-esqe, it won’t suck you in if you’re feeling bloated or have just worn it out to dinner and ate a lot. You also want to be wary of bending down to pick something up with your booty sticking out because everyone will get to see your cheeks for free unless you delicately squat to pick up whatever it is that’s below you. However, no one would be able to tell the difference wearing them side by side, in my opinion. I trimmed the dress with scissors, it’s not the sort of material that will fray but it is very long, I had to take maybe 2 inches off to reach my desired length. I own a few Skims dresses and love them, but I’ve had them for a while and over time if you don’t air dry them they seem to pill a little from the dryer. I think a lot of these reviews don't actually compare the two, so I can fill that hole because I ordered both to see if I could just get away with the cheaper one. Got both in grey. I actually prefer this one more, amazingly. They feel exactly the same, are both ribbed and give the same snatching effect, the dupe is ever so slightly lighter in color and has a slightly rounder neckline which honestly ends up being more flattering if you have some titty meat. If you're not just looking to buy skims for a tag, don't bother paying kim all that damn money and buy this. Just as good if not better. Dupe is even a bit softer. ... show more

I’m 5’6” 135lb usually a S/M & bought a small in this. It’s perfect! So comfy, double layer so it’s not see through and snatches you. It’s a pain to get on but comfortable once in place. I would love if it were an inch or two longer but it’s not short enough to bug me. Definitely need no show panties or commando with this dress though. It shows it all ... show more
