Im 5’3 125lbs so I usually wear a XS/S and the small size fit perfectly, not overly tight but very form fitting. The only draw back for this dress for me was the length. This dress is perfect! I’m half way through pregnancy and this is a really cute dress for a pump. Super stretch so I have room to grow too. The fabric is good quality and not see through at all. It is definitely form fitting though, so if you don’t want it hugging every curve, I would size up.
