REORIA has become one of my favorite brands to shop on Amazon because they consistently put out pieces that feel current and on-trend, while still offering the kind of dependable basics you actually reach for. I own a few of their dresses already and have had great experiences with the quality and fit, so I was genuinely excited to grab this one when I saw it available. The color “Shaved Chocolate” is beautiful in person. It’s a rich, deep reddish-brown, but not overly warm or brick-toned. I have a cooler skin tone, and this shade still works really well without pulling too orange or muddy. It feels like a polished, elevated neutral that stands out without being loud. The fabric has a nice weight to it and feels substantial rather than thin or flimsy. It lays smoothly and gives that structured, put-together look while still being comfortable to move in. The construction feels solid overall, and it doesn’t have that see-through or overly delicate feel that some occasion dresses can have. One detail I really appreciate is the light ruching through the waist and tummy area. It’s subtle, not overly gathered, but it makes a noticeable difference in how flattering the dress looks on. It helps create a smoother silhouette and adds a bit of forgiveness through the midsection without looking bulky or overly styled. Fit-wise, I found it true to size. I typically wear a 15/16, and the XL fit comfortably without feeling tight or restrictive. It skims in the right places and complements curves nicely without clinging awkwardly. While it’s marketed as a wedding guest dress, I actually think it’s more versatile than that. With heels and simple jewelry, it absolutely works for a wedding or formal event.
