The tummy power panel is not as good as the one in the Chico's Brigette or Jasmin pant. It is not as good as the "City Girl" brand pants either. It is not as wide, strong, or effective as the power panel in either of those pant brands. Further, I think those pants may have some cotton fabric in them where these have no cotton. Cotton breaths even when mixed with spandex. Rayon is a natural fiber too that I don't think is present in these pants. Nevertheless I ordered this pant in several colors. I think it runs a little on the long side in the legs. I rarely have to hem my pants, but I had to hem these. I am on a diet and losing weight steadily. Therefore price was important to me. I didn't want to spend a bunch on pants I might only wear for 2 months or less. ... show more

I’ll start by saying I’ve ordered these in 5 colors. The fit is very flattering. The picture is a side-by-side of the same color. I just ordered the Brick color without realizing I already had a pair. I thought the pair I had was Burgundy. I assumed they sent me the wrong color because the new pair looked Burgundy. I expected the color Brick would have a brown/rust tone, not purple. When I checked my order history, I had previously ordered the Brick color. I’m including a picture so you can judge for yourself if they appear Brick or Burgundy and how they look after being washed a couple times. The previously purchased pair looks faded. I had to reorder the black pair because the waistband came apart. They also looked faded after a few washes. Overall, I’m disappointed with the quality. Make sure you order up a size. ... show more

1st I just wanna say a lil something about buying clothes. Im little but I have shape & finding the right clothes (not in kid's section) that fit & look good at the same time, can be exhausting & frustrating. Im sure there are a few woman who totally understand what I mean. (Ive cried in a few stores) Anyway, let me tell you, these pants are very comfortable. The size fits the way its suppose to. The best part is, you can wear these for any occasion. Add a pair of heals & a dress shirt or a t-shirt & a pair of sneaks, you look good & are comfortable all at the same time. I Will definitely be buying more & have already recommended to a friend. I also bought another pair from this brand, Rekucci; women's secret figure pull-on w/tummy control, (sz 2 in Mocha) I've only tried these on, haven't worn them yet. But they're comfortable & look good. The tummy control is subtle. In other words, you can breathe. I don't really have a belly but I feel more comfortable when it looks flat. And just 1 more note, if you noticed I bought 2 different sizes. Take the time to measure yourself & check each chart that is shown with every pair. It's usually the last pic as you're swiping left.
