I didn't have super high expectations for these, I just wanted inexpensive MJ flats I could wear occasionally before I committed to buying a pricey "real" pair. I don't need to buy a real pair. These are it. They're soft, inside and out. They aren't tennis shoe cushion-y (which no one should expect) but they're more cushioned than most ballet flats and dress shoes I regularly wear. I wore them for the first time yesterday, all day. No rubbing or discomfort whatsoever. I even brought the free gift cushions they provide in case I needed them later but I never did. I'm actually wearing them again today and I'm going to get another color.

I have wide feet but usually wear 6/6.5. i always get 6 in ballet flats and did the same with these. they fit perfect with space between the back of my heel and the shoe. i don’t think you should size up but maybe that’s just me. the black shiny pair are gorgeous and elegant.
