I live where sandals are pretty much an everyday thing and so I have struggled to find a reasonably priced sandal that I can make last more than 6 months. I have a very sensitive sense of smell, and many sandals tend to retain foot smell in the actual cushion (or leather "upper") itself. Unfortunately ALL retain it in the strap, so as things splash/spill on your feet or you walk through something, eventually they are all going to smell. This pair so far hits the sweet spot of price, quality and smell retention (or lack thereof). I find that by taking them into the shower with me periodically and hand washing them with body soap makes them last longer. Really work the soap into the strap to keep these smelling at least not awful longer. ... show more

They are comfortable and have a nice minimal look to go with any outfit. They are not as soft as some other sandals I’ve had, however the foot bedding more than makes up for it. It’s designed in a way that kind of hugs your feet and gives some support. My only complaint would be they don’t come in half sizes. I’m normally a 10.5, but went with the 10. Its not unbearable but I have wide feet and think it would have been better to size up. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My husband is very picky about shoes. He put these on and wore them all day. He sprinkled some water on the soles to make sure they wouldn’t be slippery if they got wet and they weren’t. The footbed is very comfortable and so we’re the straps. Nice cushion and arch support.
