The REEBOK UNISEX-ADULT SMASH EDGE SNEAKER couldn't have come at a better time for me. In the past six months, I've started having a lot of swelling and pain in my hips, ankles, and feet. I broke my ankle three years ago, and ever since surgery, I have walked differently. My recent pain is the result of modifying my gait to accommodate my ankle injury. These shoes arrived when we were in the middle of moving from a two-story house, and my feet were both swollen, and none of the shoes that hadn’t been packed felt comfortable or supportive enough to get me through many more trips up and down the stairs. When these arrived, I had never been so happy to see a pair of shoes in my life. They are nicely padded and very comfortable. They run true to size. I had sized up because of my recent problems with swelling. I'm glad I did; otherwise, I wouldn't be able to wear them. If you're between sizes or you just like a little bit extra room, don't be afraid to go up a size. You can lace them down tightly if you need to. Kickin' it into full gear. These sneakers are an awesome throwback to my youth. Growing up in the 90's, these were one of the popular sets of shoes we all wore. I'm glad they have vibrant colors still available, and the build quality is still exceptional. These pair of sneakers are no exception. After wearing the shoes around, it is noticeably better than many other flat style shoes I've worn over the years. It remains to be seen how long the color will last before fading or loosing texture, however, I've had no issues with fraying or issues around the back or tongue deforming as of yet. I recommend these if you're looking for an oldschool look or feel or you just want some lowtops that are comfortable. 8.5 /10 on comfort. (only because standing in them for a long period of time drops the rating, general walking and use is more like a 9/10) ... show more

I usually wear a 9 and these 9s were tight on me. The sole also is raised along the outside middle of the shoe which felt very uncomfortable to me, and they were very narrow even for my fairly narrow feet.
