I picked up my first pair of Floatzigs on Prime Day just to try because the price was 1/3 the competition. I've run in multiple Brooks, Nike, New Balance, Hoka, and Asics models from daily trainers, max cushion, and tempo shoes. The Floatzigs are so slept on because they're not promoted by a bunch of content creators, but in my experience they're at least in league with the best daily trainers I've ever tried. I've wore them for over a month and the space between the sole and the insulation didn't bother me. I never had a pair of shoes with space between the sole and the bottom of the shoe for dirt and rocks to get stuck in. I haven't had an issue. I call them my soccer shoes they are great on grass.

My husband says these are the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn. The color is great because I can find him in a crowd. They are more durable than most spongy shoes and they clean up easily. This shoe is not bad. I have a lot of issues with my feet and need very comfortable shoes all the time. These are very comfy and I'm thinking of buying another pair. They are rather easy to get on and walking feels easy and at a great price.

So I am only 20 miles in but: My first impression is that these make for a great daily trainer if you can compromise on the build of the uppers. Reebok did a beautiful job with heel and forefoot cushioning in the lowers and the outsole is very durable. BUT! They compromised on the uppers with making them under padded and somewhat stiff around the ankle and tongue. I would like to add that they run narrow in the midfoot but have ample room in the toe box. I have purchased wide shoes in brands like HOKA but these seem to run wide. Also, the cushioning is responsive and give good push off unlike the foam in shoes like the HOKA Clifton (which for me felt like running on a marshmallow). Overall, solid shoe 20 miles in and hope to get a couple Hundy out them. ... show more
