Description

Reebok Men's Classic Nylon Shoes help you roll with style. Suede overlay accents add a high-class touch to this nylon upper. Rock this men's shoe in comfort thanks to an EVA midsole and a padded sockliner. The high abrasion outsole provides traction and durability so you do not have to slow down. Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes.

  • Good for the most part but be careful which color you choose
I bought these after having a difficult time finding Reeboks at any brick-and-mortar retailer. I understand the company has been going through some changes recently, but I didn't think their shoes would be so hard to find. I used to wear Reeboks when I was younger and wanted a changeup from Adidas and Nike, the latter of which has dropped significantly in quality. My last two pairs of Nikes have fallen apart after just a few months of normal non-athletic use. I like these classic nylons for the most part. They're comfortable and fit true to size. Fabric and sole quality seem to be up to par. The only thing I dislike is a cosmetic feature. The nylon part on the top of the toe area is much shinier than it appears in the listing photos. It's more like a glossy metallic gray, which gives the shoes a somewhat tacky appearance, but it's not intolerable. I'm not sure if different colors of the same style have the same problem, but I would hope not. ... show more

  • Poor quality.
Size: 10.5 Color: Black/White
It's unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review here. The shoe looks as shown in the pictures. They're very comfortable, the build quality is terrible. The soles of the shoe were coming unglued a few weeks after moderate wear. I was using these for walking around the office. If you want to do any kind of exercise with these, I'd imagine they would fall apart even faster. ... show more

  • I've Been Wearing Them For Over Ten Years Now.
Size: 10 Color: Black/White
About a decade ago, fed up with modern sneaker styles that were not only horrible to my aesthetic sensibilities, but also absurdly expensive, I was at a loss about what to do. I kept buying Sketchers or New Balance sneakers but every trip to the shoe store was like a scavenger hunt, trying to find a model that didn't look horrible to me. Then, on a visit to sports retailer Academy, I ran into these. Since I'd had them when I was a kid and they were about $25 I decided to buy a pair. It was love at first walk. They are comfortable, breathe pretty well and you can even stick them on the washing machine when they get too grungy. Since they're mostly made out of nylon, they dry pretty quick. I've owned the black/white, black/black and grey/white models and all are great. When they wore out I bought a new pair and kept doing it through the years. Eventually the price went up to $29 and then, to my dismay, I could no longer find them at Academy. I asked the dude working there and he said they were discontinued. Don't know if that's true, but I found them on Amazon and I've been buying them ever since. Often several pairs at a time to have a couple of pairs on stand-by in case they do stop making them. The price has slowly climbed from $29 to $35 and now to around $40, so it's no longer a steal, though compared with most $100+ shoes, still a bargain. ... show more

  • Toe box too tight
Size: 12 Color: Black/White
I've worn Reeboks on and off for 20+ years. I got these cause they looked to be nearly identical to some I had ~ 15 years ago that I loved. They were tight in the toe box (but fine everywhere else) when they came in, but I figured they'd break in some... over a year later, they haven't. They're fine for a trip to the store, or similar, but if I wear them around town for a day I'm guaranteed to get blisters. Otherwise, I like the look of them and the quality seems to be about what you'd expect (a year later and they're still fine). ... show more

  • Great look, very comfortable, reasonably priced
Size: 11 Color: White/White/Lgtgre
This is my first pair of Reebok shoes, and boy did they not disappoint. For A reasonable price you get a shoe that feels like memory foam when you walk in it. They’re very comfortable, although they feel as though the soles will degrade rather quickly. Furthermore the downsole does stain rather easily and is not cleaned as effectively as many other shoes. They’re very nice, but I wouldn’t anticipate owning one pair for years. I get the feeling that this may be a shoe to replace every 1-2 years. Will definitely be buying again. ... show more

  • Underwhelming
Size: 9.5 Color: Black/Black/Carbon
I had a pair of these years ago and these seem like half the quality and half as comfortable. Not impressed. The below question about fit don't really describe the shoe itself. Fit is ok but that's where it stops.

  • Style over comfort!
Size: 8.5 Color: Black/White
Wide feet run! Low narrow toe box. Stiff as a board. Not deep enough for a thin custom orthotic. I wear men’s 9w -I would need a 9 XXW in these. Too bad super cool retro look. I want Style and comfort as most people do, these are strictly style over comfort-unless you have narrow feet and don’t mind lack of flexibility and padding. Giving 2 for style ! ... show more

  • Not true fit
Size: 10.5 Color: Black/Pure Grey
These shoes were so narrow that even a size larger didn’t fit. I wear a 9 1/2 W. I purchased a 10 1/2 just like my 4 yr old pair ( not wide). Look at the difference in my photo. Both pairs viewed are the same style and size. Look how narrow! Returned. Maybe new balance?
