Came very wrinkled and crammed in box. I tried steaming and could not get them out. Was disappointed but over time the wrinkles worked out and they fluffed up and I am satisfied for the price. Love the green color.

The media could not be loaded. So have been looking for new patio furniture and I know they are extremely expensive so was not expecting perfection! The 3 piece set was priced reasonably. Box showed up and was like a 12 x 10 inch (bad me for not taking a photo of it!) Did not have a problem with it as I have received many items shrink wrapped and they turned out great. Well not so much here, came out very wrinkled and the bench seat is all misshapen. I still was hopeful because items normally take a few days to "puff" up. Been a week and they still look awful! Not sure if putting them in the dryer would solve anything. Possibly the seat cushions would benefit but as for the bench one... pretty sure not a chance. I guess you get what you pay for. What I say to prospective buyers.... I'd definitely pay a bit more and check them out in a store so you see what you're paying for.

So to be fair I did read the posted reviews and I shall confirm the listed 5 inch thickness is not close, 3 inches at best 60% of the thickness described. It has not rained yet, so I cannot say how well "waterproof" it is. I will recommend that after a couple days from removing it from the vacuum bag, instead of trying to manually fluff the cushion, place it in the dryer on just air (no heat). I'm not sure why no heat, but the tumbling action of the dryer seemed a better use of my time than manually massaging a cushion of this size. I'll also update how well it holds up to use over time.
