a bit of to-do to put together mostly because you do need some basic tools. a socket wrench set would really make it faster. but it rolls along with one finger. no more lugging and getting rain water dumped down my front. rolls smoothly though it has pivoting wheels only in the front -I am older and getting recycles to the curb was getting hard. now so easy. The wheel will feel 'loose' but that seems like a design feature as stated in the manual. cart rolls like it is weightless but is in fact heavy, so it does not tip or have issue with a heavy full recycle bin. ... show more
