I have only had my press for about 6 months and I do not use it every day but I am super disappointed that the inside has bubbled up and has cracked. I'm not sure if it can be repaired or if I need to get a new press. I love the press and find it works for me but this is frustrating.

Update: Had to replace the switch a second time because the tumbler press switch got too hot it burned it out. I really wanted to love this machine but had to replace the switch twice in 6 weeks. Cannot keep it running long enough to use. I honestly believe this is a design flaw. The item worked great the first couple of times I used it. However, I haven't had this item long now the power switch does not turn the product on. Although we are capable of replacing the power switch we should not need to after 2 uses. Don't get me wrong I absolutely love this press and do not believe a faulty power switch is the fault of the company it represents. I have only had this product for 3 weeks and only used it two times before it would not work properly. I would love to have a press working properly as I have orders stacking up. ... show more

I bought this tumbler press a few months ago and it worked great went to use it the other day and couldnt get it to work so I contacted the company via email and after sending a video of it not able to turn on they sent me a replacement it arrived a day early and so far so good it does a great job i noticed that it gets to temp quicker than the first 1 did. thanks realkant i would buy from yall again in the future ... show more

I had to get another heat press to be honest. It was less money and it just easier to use. Yes, it's a great space saver. It's just hard to open or close it when u want good pressure. And I have small hands, so I use it when I have my husband around to open and close for me.

I had trouble with my start button not working after using a few times but the company is easy to deal with and quickly sent out a replacement. When I first took the press out of the box, I was instantly in love with it. I loved that it opened wide to place the tumbler and there was no knuckle scraping trying to get the tumbler in a regular press. I set the heat and then put my tumbler in. Closed the press and tightened the pressure. It doesn't close all the way at the top with a 30 tumbler, so i was trying to get the press open to turn it. I thought it was my old hands giving me grief, but my husband couldn't open it. So, I turned it off, lessened the pressure and took out the tumbler, rotated it and started it all over again. The press did a great job on the tumbler. I thought it was cumbersome to use. AND THEN I READ THE DIRECTIONS... Set the timer for half the time your tumbler has to cook. Open the press by loosening the tension turn the tumbler and press again. Heats up quickly, looks gorgeous and is portable. Which is the thing i like the most. The tumbler is in pic. ... show more
