Guys, the pouch design is awesome! No more compression around what should be able to hang in a normal fashion. The other portions of the product have some compression that works well. I have worn these as pajama bottoms a few times and slept well! I purchased a few pairs of these before but in the Large size. I looked at the size chart on the vendor's website and realized my waist size was closer to the XL, so I went with that size this time. For me, the pouch fit was much better and required no adjustments while I was sitting or moving around (including workouts). I don’t usually leave reviews, but these Real Men ABCD Pouch Compression Pants absolutely deserve it. First off, the fit is incredible — snug where it should be, without being restrictive. The ABCD pouch design is genius. It provides support and separation that makes a huge difference in comfort, especially during workouts or long days on your feet. The compression is firm but not suffocating, and the material is soft, breathable, and clearly high-quality. No awkward adjustments needed throughout the day, and they actually stay in place — no rolling waistband or riding up.     • Pouch measurements don't match size chart

I now own several RM products. Each time I've bought one of their products, I've carefully checked the sizing charts and measured and remeasured for fit. This is the first product I've found that doesn't seem to align between the garment and the size chart for the pouch. I'm not small in the pouch, but following the sizing for this specific garment, the pouch is about 2-3 sizes too large compared to the measurements. Furthermore, I bought two of these. They are both labeled as the exact same size. They are different sizes "down there" while exactly the same size otherwise. I'm not sure if this is quality control during manufacturing, or if different sizes were made accurately, but improperly labeled and packaged with a different pouch size. Regardless, I feel weird about returning items like this, and otherwise they fit me perfectly. Paired with a well-fitting (and surprisingly awesome) pair of what I call their "strapless jock," I get the support I need and the feel I want- but even then, the pouch is still obviously far too large for the measurements and vs. other garments that are advertised with the same pouch sizing chart, which makes an otherwise impressive package look less impressive than reality - thus, I won't wear them without clothing over them even in situations where I may otherwise feel comfortable outside the house (which, I'm not as bold as some other folks on here, so that still probably would never happen.) ... show more

They're comfy, offer better support than some of the "hammock style" or "pocket style" varieties of underwear out there, and they wick sweat great, too, while keeping you warm--but not too warm--just right.
