I bought set C (set of 3 joggers), size 8 (which the tag says size S- not 8) for my very very thin 8 year old son who is 54 inches tall and 56 lbs. These pants were quite long on him, but not so long that they look bad. The waist was wide, which is not surprising because my son is basically skin and bones, but it has a functioning drawstring which can be tightened and tied. This is a huge bonus for us. The 3 joggers were packaged in a single bag and did have an plastic-y smell to them. I washed them with a normal load of clothes in cold water with gain detergent and dried them on low. They were sorta lint-y out of the dryer, but nothing bad. The black pair could use a lint roller before being worn. There was minimal shrinking in length after the wash/dry cycle, if any. Overall, I'm very pleased with these joggers. I bought them for $29 for the set of 3 and felt like I got a good deal. I will probably buy another set soon to have more colors. ... show more

So excited to find these! My son is very tall and very skinny, so finding pants that fit him is incredibly difficult. These are still a little big in his waist, but we were able to use the drawstring to tie them effectively. Thankfully they don't look overly baggy so they'll still work just fine. They're a little bit on the thin side so we'll see how he does in the middle of winter. The quality of the pants are great! The material is soft and thick. The pants we received were the correct size, (boys XS) but the length was absurd on these pants! They are almost as tall as my six year old!
