50-55 yo, 5’6” 155lbs My first thought upon opening the pkg was the lace was going to be scratchy feeling and too bunched up in groin area, but was pleasantly surprised they weren’t scratchy and actually fit quite well (size LG) with a decent amount stretch and good quality. I have a wee bit of tummy pudge so the hipster cut covers it and gives an overall smoothing effect enhanced with lacy sexy and cheekiness. Sizing too small would definitely make them feel they’re “cutting” into you. The reasons I left a star off is I think it would be ideal to have a touch thicker cotton crotch liner, as it would buffer the feel of that midseam that some seem to notice (especially if panty size too small) . Also, I’ve never been a daytime thong wearer and don’t really like the feeling of such- tho I do suffer them for date nights and play time lol. Because these are stretch lace only with a small seam, they do ride the crack somewhat and I was surprised to not have the full-on feeling of a thong, but I do notice they are there. My preference for panty lace will always be nylon/spandex combo only. These panties though also have polyester likely needed for durability. As for laundering, definitely keep it on gentle cycles with like garments, and soak/presoak if needed. All in all, a great purchase and I will wear them for the duration. ... show more
