Great glasses at am amazing price, buy with confidence if you buy directly from Amazon as the seller (not just fulfiller)
Size: 55 mm
Color: Matte Black/Polarized Blue Gradient Grey
This review is for the RB2132 Matte Black Polarized New Wayfarer purchased *DIRECTLY* from Amazon LLC. I make no guarantees about the authenticity of glasses purchased from other retailers, even if they are fulfilled by Amazon (not Amazon as the seller). I have been looking for a better deal on these Ray Ban New Wayfarer 2132 Polarized for some time but they never go on sale. My husband bought me the Havana/Tortoise Matte model for full price at Sunglass Hut and while they are great, I did not want to pay full price again but also wanted the Black with gradient blue/grey lenses for additional variety. I was thrilled to see Amazon had this model for just a bit over $100, a huge discount over Sunglass Hut and even cheaper than the non-polarized model. I had read enough reviews here to be slightly concerned that some glasses received by customers were fake, but they did not state whether Amazon was the direct seller or not. We have had some good luck on frequently faked items (perfume/cologne) that were purchased directly from Amazon as the seller (not only fulfilled by), so I decided to take a chance on these glasses. I ordered them on Friday and got them today, and filmed the opening of the box just in case, and I was thrilled to see these were indeed AUTHENTIC RAY BAN. Between my husband and I we have enough real pairs of Ray Ban purchased from SGH to know all the signs of real vs. fake: 1. The lenses are in fact polarized. Just turn your glasses 45 to 90 degrees against your computer monitor, if it goes black and blocks light the lenses are indeed polarized. 2. There is a laser etched "RB" on the left lens. 3. The hinges, texture, weight, and frame were identical to the Havana/tortoise matte pair I already own. 4. The case, button, all silkscreened text, UPC label etc. were all identical to my other Ray Bans and authentic. I really like these New Wayfarers because the fit and slope suit my face much better and they're overall lighter and more comfortable to wear. The lenses actually look much darker than they do in the picture, almost a full black/smoke color rather than a blue gradient. I really prefer the matte frame as it doesn't look like the cheap glossy plastic that is frequently imitated now, and it hides fingerprints much better also. It also won't scratch up as easy. Overall, great buy, don't hesitate to buy from Amazon!

High quality sunglasses
Size: 55 mm
Color: Matte Black/Polarized Blue Gradient Grey
I love having bought these Rayban glasses, it is the perfect combination of modern and classic. They have a lot of style, they make you look more attractive and the best thing is that the construction of the glasses is very solid The frame is soft and feels good on the skin, the weight is light so they don't bother you when you have it on.Definitely a recommended purchase.

Classy style and color.
Size: 52 mm
Color: Matte Black/Polarized Blue Gradient Grey
Well, I absolutely love theses sunglasses! So lightweight it’s as if there not even there. I ordered the 51mm size, what a perfect fit, no slipping down the nose, staying put. Only thing is I just received them today,’wore them, very happy. Went back to check something on the Ray Ban page, went to the exact ones I ordered, they were now on sale for $180 some odd dollars, was less than I paid just a few days ago!! Guess you can’t win all the time. Now wished I had waited. Still love them though. I ordered them in black, grey lenses, makes them look so classy.

Durable and Stylish New Wayfarers: A Reliable Choice for Active and Casual Use
Size: 55 mm
Color: Matte Black/Polarized Blue Gradient Grey
TL;DR: Prefer new Wayfarers for fit, durable for active use, reasonable lens replacement cost, effective lens gradient. Reviewing sunglasses is subjective, but I've been particularly pleased with the fit of the new Wayfarer style, which is slightly smaller than the original and suits my face better. I use them for both casual wear and during outdoor activities like running and coaching. This is my second pair; my first pair, which I've had for two years, is still in good shape despite cracked lenses (due to my own mishap). I appreciated the first pair enough to buy a backup while looking into lens repair options. The polarized replacement lenses from Luxottica are quite affordable at around $59, shipped. The crystal/glass lenses with a blue to brown fade are practical for driving, providing darker coverage at the top and lighter at the bottom for easy dashboard viewing. These sunglasses have endured rough handling, including being tossed in a backpack, dropped, and even stepped on, yet they still retain their shape and fit. The tortoise frame has a nice matte finish, and the hinges have remained firm, albeit slightly looser, over time. The glass lenses offer clear visibility and excellent polarization, showing minimal scratches even after extensive use. Overall, I'm satisfied with my initial purchase and reassured by having a backup. Their popularity also gives me confidence in the availability of replacement lenses in the future.

GREAT glasses (New Wayfarers, black, matte, rubber, blue-gray gradient polarized lenses) ... but watch out for knock-offs.
Size: 52 mm
Color: Matte Black/Polarized Blue Gradient Grey
Been a Wayfarer fan for 40 years, even when my other pilot friends were all wearing Aviators. Several years ago, I settled on the New Wayfarers, black, matte, rubber, blue-gray gradient polarized lenses ... perfect, absolutely perfect. So, a few weeks ago, while I was working in the woods, I lost my beloved Ray-Bans. Again. I placed an order on Amazon and "Shop561" was the vendor via Prime. They showed up a couple of days later ... in a generic white box with no authentic box, no lens sticker, no proper bar code sticker, and the matte rubber was not like the other three glasses I have owned. Something was very wrong with this pair from Shop561. I returned them via Amazon's free returns and went to Ray-Ban and ordered direct and paid a premium price for them. But when they arrived, they were The Right Stuff.

Great but lighter weight overall
Size: 52 mm
Color: Matte Black/Polarized Blue Gradient Grey
Purchased these about 2 years ago. These are a great timeless look and sutle spin to the original look and I do like the blue gradient sunglasses. Although.. I did purchase the same pair 1st from Sunglass Hut for about $50 more. The Sunglass Hut ones did feel more legit on your face and while handling them ie cleaning the lenses ect. with more overall weight to them. While the glasses look the same.. I did prefer the heavy feel and looking back at my personal decision probably should have stuck with the more satisfying overall feel rather than purchasing at a lower cost.

The Real Deal
Size: 55 mm
Color: Matte Black/Polarized Blue Gradient Grey
I was skeptical about purchasing this item on Amazon because of one question, is this the real deal or a fake? I took my chance after reading the reviews thoroughly and purchased the item. When I got the sunglasses, I did even more extensive research and came to the final conclusion: they match the description for the authentic Ray-Bans but the "only" thing that bothers me to this day is the RB engraving. On my other Ray-Bans that were authentic, the engraving was on the right lens if looking through the glasses, the ones I received on Amazon were on the left lens and the engraving was somewhat different style font. Overall, great item, people say its not as strong built or it makes cracking noises, I say go for it. It's good price, "even" if its not 100% authentic, I can tell you right now its 99% authentic after my research.

Authentic Ray-Ban sunglasses!!
Size: 55 mm
Color: Matte Black/Polarized Blue Gradient Grey
I think everyone knows what Ray-Ban sunglasses are like, especially, the wayfarers. I got the newer kind and its been pretty amazing. I got the polarized 55MM, it fits and looks great! I think most people's concerns are whether the glasses are authentic or not. The one I purchased was directly from Amazon.com. I was really picky about who I was going to purchase from, because I wanted to make sure I can return them easily if I find them to be fake. There are many websites and videos online where you can check for authenticity of the Ray-Ban sunglasses. My box and cases were good, all the Ray-Ban labels were where they were suppose to be and it was made in Italy. I am confident that I purchased an authentic one at a very very good price and I am one satisfied customer.
