Ordered this bat because we love it (had another just like it, till it broke), but it came late and very scratched up. It says it is new, but the packaging was torn and had multiple scratches, some pretty deep. Looks like it was used, with the plastic wrapping still on it. :(

Purchased the 2020 Rawlings Quatro Pro BBCOR 32/29 on 7/1/2020 & sent it with my son to college Aug 21. This bat started out great and had good pop but it's now 10/12/2020 & the bat is now broken. The barrel now moves independently (spins) from the composite handle. Pics above show Q4 logo and the gold line in differnet positions from twisting. The temps are still 70's. The bat has only been used on field during BP and scrimmages. Getting in touch with a person to return the bat is impossible. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. After 2 1/2 weeks of use it came apart have been trying to get some assistance up to now nothing.
