It is a beautiful touch to the appearance in a bathroom. I gutted this bathroom and redid literally everything in it, and the first thing people compliment me on is this mirror. I would buy it again. In fact I purchased a larger one for the master bath. The lights behind the mirror are a perfect nightlight. I had my contractor install it, and since I had the whole house required, I had him install a connection directly behind the mirror so I didn’t have a cord showing in the outlet. So he hardwired it for me instead. Now here’s what I don’t like, but can live with… the lights on it are so white, that it makes your makeup look different than in the daylight. So it’s a good thing I know the routine and do my makeup the same every time. (Referring to foundation) and the second thing is the defogger. It seems like it only has coils in the center, so the mirror doesn’t defog all at once. But I’m OCD, so take that for what it’s worth. ... show more

Very easy to install. The mirror weighs almost nothing. It is not flush with wall, stick out about 1 1/2". Otherwise, nice. Happy with purchase. PS: We have bar lighting above mirror. You will need other lights but it is better than alternative of those mirrors with light built into mirror. Overhead lighting is the way to go as long as it's about 3" above mirror (no shadows). ... show more

Mirror arrived at working condition, except a large dent on the frame. One could see a hole in the shipping box as well. Fortunately the mirror was not broken, the dent was on the back side. It’s not affecting installation or function or aesthetics. I am keeping it as returning is kind of a waste
