If you are a garlic lover like me, you will appreciate this Garlic Press that lets you make your own fresh garlic cloves at home with ease. The product comes with a silicone garlic peeler and a cleaning brush. The garlic peeler is a silicone sleeve that peels the garlic cloves for you without getting your hands sticky or smelly. You just insert some garlic cloves in the tube, press it down with your palm, and roll it back and forth on a flat surface. The skin will come off easily. The product does not come with any instructions on how to use the peeler, so I had to look it up online, but it is very simple and intuitive once you get the hang of it. However, if you have a different method of peeling garlic that works better for you, you can skip the peeler and use the press directly. The garlic press itself is very well-made and durable. It is made of stainless steel and has a strong handle that gives you a good grip and leverage. It can fit up to four medium-sized cloves of garlic inside, which is sufficient for most dishes. You just place the garlic cloves in the press and squeeze the handle. The garlic will come out as fine mince that you can use in your cooking. The product claims that it can also be used as a ginger press and to crush nuts, but I have not tested those functions yet.
