Love this dress....It's not see-through. The fabric is soft and I love the print. It's very flowy and I think it's figure-flattering. I love the finish on the sleeves and the cinched empire waist helps it fit well...accentuates a smaller mid-section. That said, I've seen other comments about how the top fits. I agree the top is on the snug side. If you're larger on top (not a problem I have!), you probably need to size up. I think the dress is very flattering for my pear-shaped body. Also, it's def more of a maxi length, not midi. I'm average height (5'6") and it hits me close to my ankles.

I wasn't sure about this dress when I bought it but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it on. It was slightly loose but I did wash and dry and it fits perfectly now. (it did shrink a little) For reference, I am usually a size 4, 32DD and 5 feet 2 inches tall. I purchased a small. Nice, flowy material and length hit just above my ankles.

Bought this as part of a hippie costume for a 60s party, but will likely wear it again just out somewhere. The dress is very long, coming to the ankle. The pattern/color is very pretty and true to the picture. The entire top of the dress is fairly tight, making it a bit difficult to get in and out of. The top is also very low cut, but for costume purposes I just safety pinned it from inside. If I wear it again I will have to sew it.

I read the reviews and was expecting this dress to be too tight in the chest. Its actually a little light just below the breast area, yet loose in the front opening, which is easily fixed with a small pin. The dress is super light weight and flowy...I'm going to wear mine when I go to Italy as it will be easy to pack too.
