Shake the box before you open it. I received one that was smashed as badly as if it had been stepped on. The box was in fine condition so I’m really not sure what happened. I returned it and they shipped another one. This one was in perfect condition and is exactly what I needed. It seems to be a very quality item. I would like to give one design suggestion to the manufacturer, however. It needs a magnet or something to hold the lid open while you are loading it with gloves or face-masks. Unfortunately the glove boxes that we receive have to have the lid held open to remove the gloves so the dispenser needs something to hold the lid open so I can load it or I need to sprout a third arm. ... show more
