  • Doesn't Protect from Rain
Size: 136" x 54" x 75"
The first week I had the motorcycle shelter, we had a day of rain. When I checked my bike after the rains, everything inside the shelter was wet. The description specifically says "waterproof" which, living in Florida, was one of the things I was interested in. ("Waterproof, Oxford Fabric PU coating on inside entire 1200mm H2O/m, the highest water repellence process on outside and protects from harmful UV light.") Protection from UV, dirt and such leads me to keep it, but am disappointed in it not being waterproof. The entire inside of the fabric was wet. I feel like I should put the cover back on the bike even inside the shelter. Disappointed. ... show more

  • Large Motorcycle - Love it.
Size: 136" x 54" x 75"
I purchased the Quictent Large Motorcycle Cover to protect my Vulcan 2000 - a BIG bike as cruisers go - this fall. I had been using the pullover type covers on it throughout the summer, but pullovers are tedious to use. Hot exhaust - melted/burned areas on covers - or remember to go cover it later... Quictent - ride right in, pull it down and DONE. LOVED that immediately. As others have mentioned the shelter not being completely waterproof - I have not seen any evidence of water leakage. Water will run under the sides as there is no floor and I have noticed that moisture will be on the bike as it evaporates but nothing on top of the bike. I used concrete anchors on mine to hold it to a small unused portion of my driveway and it has handled even fairly strong 40+ mph gusts without trouble. If it were to be sustained high winds, I'm NOT sure if it would be able to take all that, but for NORMAL circumstances, it does seem to be solid enough. Had an issue with one of the rods and I can't say enough about how helpful the customer support was. Was genuinely surprised at their level of support. After dealing with vendors over the years that give off the cuff, "Sorry, can't help you" or canned responses, got REAL help from them. And I appreciated it greatly. Until I put a storage building / garage at the end of my driveway, this IS my garage - and I'm pretty happy with it AND the value. ... show more

  • *** 2 years later Don't buy the Quictent!
Size: 136" x 54" x 75"
April 2021 well going on it's second year i don't think it's going to make it. The Poles are Week. they bend easy, the coating is chipping off and the poles are rusting. the bolts are just bad, rusting, loosening, coming off.. etc. And the Canvas is faded and looking brittle, i don't think it's going to make the end of the season. What a shame it started out looking great. But to look at the bright side, it's cheaper than keeping it in a storage unit for the season.... I'll be looking for another brand to try now... Also the Bottom frames weld has come off the mount, so nothing holds down the canvas, i had to wedge a brick in the front to hold it down..... From what looked promising turned into Crap, i expected a few good years from it. I look after it, it's also attached to the top of a platform so sit stays off the ground, and still.... I won't buy any Quictent Products if this is a sample of what they have.... ** 6 months later and i'm taking her down for the winter. It's just as easy to take down as it was to put up, and went back into the carrying bag no problem. I did notice a few times water on my one side saddle bag after some pretty hefty storms. After inspecting the canvas it didn't look to be leaking anywhere, no rips etc, any place. i think it might have come through where the inner Velcro wraps around the tube, but that still looked good also, i might spray that area with sealer in the spring when i put it up again. And the only other thing i could think of is that the back corner might have blown up during the storm, because rest of the bike was dry. Otherwise it all looked great when i took it down, and still would recommend this product. hope that helps So i ride a Victory Cross Country, and it fits in perfect with extra room. This one replaced my old CycleShelter that was enclosed and that lasted 9 years, but are no longer available that i know of.( Can't find their site). So this one has something to live up to. So far the Quality is Great. Set up was very easy. So far i have had no leaks, canvas still looking new, cleans easy. It has been through some windy Thunder storms and hasn't blown or opened up. For the money It's on the Mark. Only Con i have is the Locking Feature.... it's rubbish. Be careful if you try it and go to lift the shelter when it is in locked position, the tent will lift to a point and you could bend the polls if ya push it to hard. Otherwise i'm very happy with it. * ... show more

  • Careful, it rains just on the inside in certain locations
Start off with good: The small fits my 04 Ninja 500R. Plenty of room.. I was looking for something just like it! Easy to put together (I suggest having a hand during the first 2 steps) very good idea. Water proof, stands tall during a good wind. I will update when snow starts.. Cons: It's been fairly sunny.. gets cold and a bit damp at night. Get up the next morning, work clothes on. I go outside to start the bike, but when I pull up the canopy.. it almost seems like it rained JUST inside this thing. It holds condensation really well. Pull the bike out, wipe it down. Start er up. I studied the retractable canopy. The design is toooo square. doesn't have any place for the moisture to run.. so it drips. the the dinky poles were arched, this wouldn't happen. It's a good product over all. When it finally dies. Its going to be simple to fix at home.. replace the steel tubing with better metal.. I'd would recommend ... show more

  • Looks nice! Low quality... :(
Size: 136" x 54" x 75"
Pros: - Looks great on the outside when built - Quality of the cloth is nice Cons: - Instructions aren't the greatest - The design isn't great (pipes hit each other when constructing) - Metal quality is, well, yikes... Story time: Built the tent, weighed it down, wind advisory. Went to work, got home, motorcycle was laid over. Tent was couple yards away in a ditch. Went to put the tent back over the bike and weigh it down more... BUT the metal was BENT!!! O_O Ended up just taking the whole thing apart and trowing the pipes away. ... show more
