I ordered two dresses. The customer service is very quick and helped me address my issues. These aren't expensive dresses - they look fine, and maybe even better from a distance, but are not high quality crafting. At first I noticed that both dresses fit as expected and were somewhat flattering around my waist and bust, but (1) they do not have decorative buttons on the skirt and (2) the skirt is so much longer than I expected from the images. I thought it would be to my knees, but it comes down to the bottom of my calves. I'm nearly 5'7", so that was a big surprise. My husband said I looked overly modest and more "puritanical" than he was expecting. There was also some white fluff and strings coming off one of the dresses. Also, it wasn't completely clear from the images, but you'll likely need to wear a strapless bra since the scoop of the neck is very wide and comes close to the shoulders. ... show more

I love the look of this dress however, based off reviews for this dress saying that it ran big I ordered a large rather than an x-large. The dress is snug on me and I would have benefitted from the extra room the XL would have given me. I contacted the company about a refund and they got back to me the same day stating that i could keep the dress and that they would still give me a full refund. Will probably order another dress just this time in an XL. *Note if you are 5'6 or shorter this dress will hit below the knees. ... show more

Runs a bit large. I wear a 12 and ordered the xl that should fit a 10 and it's still a bit big. Very soft and comfortable. The printed fabric and stitching looks cheap, which is fair, considering that it was cheap.
