I ordered two dresses. The customer service is very quick and helped me address my issues. These aren't expensive dresses - they look fine, and maybe even better from a distance, but are not high quality crafting. At first I noticed that both dresses fit as expected and were somewhat flattering around my waist and bust, but (1) they do not have decorative buttons on the skirt and (2) the skirt is so much longer than I expected from the images. I thought it would be to my knees, but it comes down to the bottom of my calves. I'm nearly 5'7", so that was a big surprise. My husband said I looked overly modest and more "puritanical" than he was expecting. There was also some white fluff and strings coming off one of the dresses. Also, it wasn't completely clear from the images, but you'll likely need to wear a strapless bra since the scoop of the neck is very wide and comes close to the shoulders. ... show more

Very cute dress. It's a little bit longer than I expected, but perfect for colder weather events or dinner out. I was hoping I could pull up the shoulders to hide bra straps, but you can't. No big deal. The only complaint I have is that the strings are quite long. I wish they were about 10" shorter... but tying them up at least gets them out of the way. ... show more

However, the photos make it look like the waist sits natural, like on the belly button, but it is not, it is HIGH-waisted and sits just below the bust, not as expected, hence losing a Star. Runs a bit large. I wear a 12 and ordered the xl that should fit a 10 and it's still a bit big. Very soft and comfortable. The printed fabric and stitching looks cheap, which is fair, considering that it was cheap.
