This sheet set came elegantly packed, which was a pleasant surprise. My initial impression of the fabric was that it felt soft and smooth. I washed the set before using with only detergent (plug for Persil) as I use a wool ball in the dryer. The sheets came out even softer than before washing and felt as luxurious as some of the more expensive brands. There were hardly any wrinkles. The fit is perfect and the sizing is generous. That is to say the fitted sheet has extra deep pockets and the pillowcases have extra length but not too much. The detailed piping on the envelope closure of the pillowcases take the style up a notch and holds up well to washing.
