In most cases, air loss happens when a valve is not fully closed or pushed in completely. Check each inflation valve and press the plug firmly until it sits flush with the surface to ensure an airtight seal. All valves are closed tightly, but the product still loses air — what’s next? The product may have a small puncture. If you find it, use the included repair patch to fix it. If you cannot locate it, submerge the product in water to spot bubbles, or brush soapy water over the surface to detect leaks. The inflatable has a plastic smell when first opened. Is it safe? Yes. A light odor from new PVC material is normal and harmless. Simply air out the product in a well-ventilated space for 24-48 hours before first use. Can children use this product alone? For safety, adult supervision is strongly recommended at all times during use.
