For reference, I am 44 yrs old, 5'8", measurements 36-30-38, 36D and 140 lbs. I ordered the medium. As you can see these are full length. For us tall girls a big YES. Has great compression for the days you need it. The top is medium to high intensity support, but not crush your ribs tight. The girls stay in place. And can we just talk about the cut out in the top. Sexy, holds you in all the right ways. Bottoms are not actually sheer. Squat proof (sorry about my butt in your face) you can see the outline of my underwear but not the color. The compression works best with seamless, thong or no underwear. Does NOT ride up! If you order up it won't show the seam of your underwear so bad. But that's when you decide what kind of workout you want it for. Or do you care if the seam shows. There is NO camel toe issues what so ever. Doesn't slide down, stays put. Very high waisted and stretchy. I had room to pull it up to my bra. Thick but breathable material. Did I say great compression? It is snug, not tight. But you are sinched in nice and comfy. Amazing for high intensity workouts. This color is bright and fun. My bathroom light doesn't do it justice. Soft and ribbed material, but I don't forsee pilling to be an issue. So all being said with my measurements the medium fits perfect for my high intensity days. If you want more of a yoga relaxed fit then order a size up. I need these in every color. If you are in between sizes and want compression order down, relaxed order up. This is a sexy little number. It doesn't do my flat butt any justice and flattens the girls a little but I don't care. It is functional and comfortable. Ladies, new to working out or a pro this is a must get set and the price is worth it for this quality. Did I mention no camel toe, lol. When I do a sweaty workout I will update if shows sweat puddles or wicks away. I blame #hopescope for this great pick! Don't think anymore! Get it!

This is a great set! The leggings are tight and STAY UP during workouts. You won’t have to worry about them sliding or rolling down. They are super high waisted and stretchy too- a perfect dupe for the Lulu ribbed align leggings.

I love this workout set. It is very comfortable and never slips down when you work out. The top is very flattering. However, the color is not as pictured. I was hoping for a prettier brighter, violet blue, but this color is more a Cookie Monster blue.
