Not a problem with the product itself, I'm sure it's fine but Amazon has it labeled here as gluten free and it definitely is not. Just beware if you are, like I was, looking for a gluten free shaoxing

Normally this product comes packaged quite poorly, first time it arrived cracked and leaked all over my porch- however the product itself is great.

It's a solid cooking wine. The bottle came pretty dirty, not a big deal. The cap however, essentially had no threads, so there was no seal after you remove the safety tab and its a spill waiting to happen. This has happened to me twice with this brand now. Not eligible for return or replacement. Maybe have a good bottle on hand to transfer this to just in case. ... show more
