This fits a very large rectangular table with the chairs that have a rather tall back. It is a lightweight material that almost feels like a tent slightly thicker. I like to usually tuck underneath the feet of the chairs to help with when it's windy, but this is not quite long enough to do that. It has four nice straps that hook to the table legs and two bungee type secure points on both ends. Not sure how it's going to hold up when it's windy. As far as staying on, we had a sprinkle the other day and it definitely was water resistant and beaded on the material. It seems like a nice quality but you never know with patio furniture covers. This seems very nice though.

Great overall furniture cover for outdoors. We used this for the recent hurricane that hit SoCal this year and it did what it needed to do. No issues with flying away, ripping, or water getting in underneath. Only con is that water marks showed up after the rains had passed so shows wear and tear rather quickly but the integrity seems to be holding up fine.
