The smell is wounderful

After reading many of the other reviews, I had high hopes for this. No, I did not expect it to be life changing. Part of the way these perfumes work is that the wearer's confidence is boosted because the scent makes them feel happier. Other people then respond in a more positive way to the wearer's confidence and mood. It's human nature. In theory, there should be something to the pheremone bit too but the larger part is the attitude of the person wearing it. That being said, when I opened the bottle (which arrived unsealed and without any box or anything along those lines), all I could think was that it smelled like a bottle of sweat. I still wanted to give it a go so I tried a bit. After all, the claim was that it was supposed to smell differently on each person (as ALL perfumes do). The whole day long, I kept thinking, "I hope that no one thinks I smell like sweat!" The next day, I was talking with a colleague about it and she gave it a go. She felt the same as I had. And no kidding, whenever I walked by her all day long, there was a distinct odor of sweat. We both tried layering it with different perfumes and had the same result. When the scent of the perfume wore off, we were left with that horrible lingering scent of the Basic Instinct/body odor. I do want to say that I am a professional and am a pretty cleanly person. Wearing Basic Instinct did nothing for my confidence and only made people who are normally friendly with me take an extra step away from me. Recommended for people who want to keep other humans away.

I purchased this pheromone perfume in addition to another. I tried them each and liked this one better, though I am hard pressed to describe the scent. It's very light and not unpleasant at all but I cannot put my finger on a precise description. This one doesn't last as long as the other but I wound up layering my usual perfume on top of this one and it was quite nice and lasted a reasonable amount of time. As for whether it works, I think it does but cannot be 100% certain. I got it to see if I could nudge someone I'm dating into making the next move. That did happen, but I cannot be fully sure that it was the pheromones or if it was just the natural progression of things as we'd been out on multiple dates already. I can say that I didn't get any complaints at all and lots of nuzzling near where I put it so there's that.

ORIGINAL 7/11/23: I can say—I LOVE THE SMELL, to me it smelled like some sort of subtle soft candy in a way (that scent isn’t for everyone) but it does say you can put it with whatever scent or lotion you want, and i guess it’s supposed to aid in what you’re wearing. Upon smelling it, I did fall in love with myself (even more) 😂😂 it’s nice..I give it 3 stars for now because i haven’t been able to test whether it’s gonna have someone going crazy over me lol.. I’ll update it once that’s been tried, maybe it’ll stay at 3stars (for the smell).. or go UP to 4 or 5 due to whether it’s really an attractant.. EDIT 8/3/24: Well, it doesn’t do anything but as i previously stated, i think it smells good, it’s definitely not an attractant, but pairing it with perfumes is a great mix. Btw, it doesn’t last long either.

Smells very nice, Convenient roll on, usually needs to be reapplied scent seems to fade. Needs a different name. Only complaint is there is no flocks of men falling at my feet. Could be just me but I'm going to go with the quality of the perfume unable to overcome any obstacles. 🤪
