Like I said, they're the best sandals I've ever worn. I have flip flops that are more comfortable (they have an arch that fits me perfectly, and they were very expensive), but sometimes I prefer this type of sandal, and these are the best I've experienced for this style. The top part is cushioned, and the velcro lasts. The bottom part is thick, and has molded to my footprint after some time, making it perfect for me. Easy to clean with some warm water, too. In terms of colors, I will add that the white shows dirt WAY too fast, so unless you want to clean it all the time, I'd suggest a different color. I'm an old Senior. I've traveled the world and have seen people wearing this type of shoe for daily wear. I wouldn't recommend wearing them outside and working in the yard - especially mowing the lawn - or working on your vehicle. However, to keep your carpet clean, wear them as house shoes with socks. So far they work well as a house shoe. They fit well (as advertised) and they are adjustable so you can make them as tight or loose as you want. They are also easy to clean.
