These are very nice. They are self/soft-close and really maximize space, especially in a deep pantry cabinet like I'm using them. Overall, I think the way they're set up to install is good. Now, on to the caveat, since it's really important. I didn't dock a star for this because they are very nice. If you are going to install these on an adjustable shelf in your cabinet (rather than the fixed bottom parts), there are 3 things you need to know, especially for framed cabinets. First, you have to install the mounting guides (the plywood pieces) 1/8" off the edges of the shelf. BUT, if your cabinet is anything like mine, they then won't fit into place, so you actually need to trim at least one side 1/8" (I was able to get mine in place after trimming one side). Cutting something only 1/8" is...difficult if you don't have certain power tools, so it's something to be very aware of if you have a limited tool supply at home. Hardware stores will generally refuse to make "precision cuts" like that, since they're hard to get right. Me? I used a dremmel tool with the tiny saw blade and...got it close enough to perfect. I also used one of the two front screws to affix the board to the shelf, since the board is too long for a movable shelf (I used the other to attach the rails to the mounting guide board). Second, you'll need to trim the front to go around your cabinet facing. Dremmel saw again. That was easy enough to do, probably could pull it off with something like a hacksaw. Third, there are brackets in the box, but the instructions don't say what they're for. They're to fix the cabinet shelf to the rear of the cabinet. If you don't do that, then the cabinet shelf will pull out with this shelf, and it will tip. Finally, though the instructions don't say to do it, I would recommend drilling pilot holes for installation. If you're not very handy, you might find this difficult to install on a movable shelf. But compared to other pull-outs I've installed, it was the most complete in terms of guiding you to install it correctly and included hardware (you can see I have a different type of pull out just below this, and that one is getting 4 stars because it didn't include some of the stuff this one did), again is actually soft/self-close, and is built really well out of apparently quality materials, so I'm not going to dock a star, though I am close to doing so with the complications.

Some assembly required of course but wow they are exactly as described. The size was exactly as stated and fit perfect. I don’t have the weight of items evenly distributed (see pic) and the glides handle it like a champ! Had a hard time finding the max size for my really old cabinets. Somehow these guys know!

Alright, first things first the quality of these pull out shelves is phenomenal. I finished our kitchen remodel and wanted our pantry to have the nice convenience of pull-outs but didn’t want to order custom ones from our cabinet company… way too expensive. After SO much research, I found these and they seemed to check all the boxes: size, quality, material, soft close, and under mount rails. The biggest dealbreaker was the massive 4-inch logo; burned, literally branded, indented onto the face of the drawers. When you spend so much time, money and effort on a kitchen remodel the last thing you want is a fat logo glaring at you on each shelf. I wouldn’t have minded it on the side but to open a cabinet and see it 4X is way too much. I deliberated back and forth on whether to purchase these or not but hope from some of the reviews, mentioning some customers not getting units with logos, gave me hope. So I purchased them during a sale, crossed my fingers but much to my dismay I unwrapped them and we had logos. Nonetheless, I was very happy with the quality, look (not the logo), feel of the shelves. I also really appreciate the template, it made it very easy to mount to my existing adjustable shelves. The LOGO had to go so I decided that afternoon, I’m going to spend the day fixing this before I assemble. Ran to the hardware store and picked up a sanding block that included 4 different grits and some whip on polyurethane. It only took one night to sand and apply the first layer of poly. The faces sanded down nicely, little elbow grease but moved through the 4 grits within a few hrs. Applied 3 layers of poly to match the original shine, sanded between layers and final buff with parchment paper. Really hope this helps anyone that’s on the fence and is curious if there’s a work around. It be great if the company offered a non-logo version, I’d pay a premium to save the trouble. Note: these are real wood, to the reviews that claim they’re not because of plywood, news flash… that’s real wood but the only plywood is the base of the drawer, the frame is solid wood.

I spent WAY too long trying to decipher the assembly instructions. The front of the cabinet is held together by only gropes, and there was no hardware provided for that joint and no wood glue. The hardware is not labeled. I could not find all of the hardware and the screws came up through the bottom of the cabinet. 3 of these will never be taken out of the box. All four are being returned.

I absolutely love these! I was trying to choose between the adjustable plastic or metal ones and am so happy I chose these wood ones! I am trying to make the very most of my tiny space and knew I would be loading these down. One drawer hold ALL my pots and pans, another holds service for 8, along with additional serving bowls and ramekins. Another holds kitchen appliances and a dutch oven. The glides are super smooth and they look fantastic! Good directions made it easy to install! Tip, I attached my liner prior to the bottom, prior to connecting the sides. It was much easier than doing it afterward! These are sturdy, look great, are smooth to operate and are soft close as well! Feels like pure luxury!!
