Rocky Erickson and the 13th floor Elevators story is one of the last lost Rock and Roll bands that never got the credit and recognition that they deserve,when people think of the San Francisco psychedelic sound The Elevators name should be in there right by Airplane,Big Brother etc..If you want to buy a album from that era then look no further,The LP has a nice pressing and this version is on Clear Red vinyl,it's not 180 gram but seems to be on heavier than normal vinyl,this is there debut and I'm not sure what their total output was but they influenced everyone from Patti Smith to Micheal Stipe,give it a spin! ... show more

Great re-press of this classic. Having both the stereo and mono versions in one package is brilliant. I had a first press mono copy of this and recently sold it.. had sellers remorse ever since. This has really helped me get over it!

Nice package and good pressing of this classic on vinyl. Arrived in perfect condition. Gatefold 2LP. with both mono and stereo versions of the album. A must have in any psych rock collection.

Great sounds. But the jug in every song is overkill, and it's a distracting, annoying sound, that doesn't fit most tracks.
